Experiencing problems with your avatar or wardrobe? Please read the following before making a report.
Wardrobe is not loading / is half-loading, unresponsive, won't let me save, etc. Please post on this topic.
When I select a drawer in the wardrobe, it doesn't load items / loads the wrong items. Try to change your drawer selection to something else and back. If it still does not work, please post here with the following information:
- Name of the broken drawer(s)
- What happens when you try to sort by that drawer in the wardrobe (be specific - include specific examples of what items erroneously show up if possible)
- If applicable, specific examples of items that are inside of that drawer but not showing up when searching
Avatar is a broken image (including saved avatars) -or- I'm seeing the wrong avatar image on the site (for either your own avatar or others) Please go to the wardrobe and click the "Wear Now" button. If you still see a broken image, try clearing your browser cache. If that does not work, please post on this topic. Include the image URL of the image that is having issues.
Items are not showing up on my HA. Please account search the item to confirm that it is in your wardrobe. If it is still not showing up, please post here, specify exactly which items are not showing up, and tell us approximately when and how you added the item to your wardrobe. (For example: did you add from inventory, quickstock, or the 'move to wardrobe' button when you purchased the item.)
Known Issues
If you are experiencing the following, please know staff is aware and actively working on the issue.Avatar sCode fails to update immediately The [tt]avatar=USERNAME[/tt] sCode for showing a user's avatar may not always show an up-to-date image, because it is missing a timestamp. Need to confirm if the user avatar profile section has the same problem.

I'm having the first issue. There's a blank space where my avatar should be in the wardrobe (it doesn't have that message about loading my avatar and I can see the items I am wearing across the left side) and clicking the first five links across the top (all but organize items and back to Subeta) does nothing.
Google Chrome on Windows 10.
[edit]I should probably add that the 'Wear Now' and 'Save to Shared Outfits' buttons aren't appearing as well. There's just a blank column in the middle where those and my avatar should be.

I don't have any issues in the wardrobe or whatsoever but weirdly, my avatar is updating on my work's laptop but not on my own or on my phone. I've cleared my cache now a few times on both devices but this doesn't seem to work for me...
Mine is sort of like the 5th one, except I didn't get the unlocked event. In that thread I made you said it would be a few hours, but it's been a few hours and still nothing. Besides, I thought that all skins except the new ones are immediately unlocked at the last stage anyway?

strain of virus is covering up whatever I was wearing / can't get any worn items to show up on avatar.
they look fine in the wardrobe though...
- I tried clearing browser cache. didn't help any.
- when I went into the beta Wardrobe version 4, the items were in reverse order.
Unfortunately, f it's cached on your browser's end, I don't think there is anything we can do to on our end to force it to change. I will double check with about if there is a way for us to force it but I doubt it :'(
I confirmed earlier that yours is working correctly. Please be patient. And yes, all zombie strains unlock skins after reaching the last stage.
The strain you have has a white background and intentionally covers up everything else on your HA. Just added this to the FAQ since you're not the first person to ask about it. :)

My avatar is not showing anything when it first loads. When I go to base and add a base, it allows me to preview wearing things but my base is invisible and when I press wear, my avatar won't change over. I cleared my cookies and cache but there was no changes. I am putting this here because this did not happen until this year's survival happened. I am worried I won't get the strain I want if this continues.

was that just added? Because I saw some HAs with like balloons and dolls on their pile of stuff with rats earlier?
It was changed after Survival started. I'm not sure exactly when, but at least for the first day of Survival the virus was added to the site on the wrong layer. The artist intended it to be on top of the HA, which is why it's got the white background (to hide the regular base), so it was corrected.

[edit] Oh geez. It turns out there was a glitch with the specific virus strain you picked that made it think it wasn't the last stage even though it was. This should be fixed now. Can you go into the wardrobe and click "Wear Now" and see if that will trigger it?

Is there some way of restoring my strain? I deleted it bc I thought I needed to for bugfixing. But I didn't. It was a naughty nip stage 2 or 3.

Oh darn it! But next time a strain acts up I'll go here without doing anything else.
That's what I thought it was. Sorry if I seemed rude, I was just really stressed over something I didn't understand.
I tried it just now, but no, still no event, and no skin unlocked.

my wardrobe seems to have half stopped working after i had saved an outfit to my outfits, left the wardrobe and came back for something else to find it's giving me that 'loading avatar' message but never seems to finish loading no matter how much i refresh or hard refresh, but if i load up an outfit it's suddenly loaded again and working fine it seems? but if i leave the page and come back or refresh it gives me the loading avatar message until i load an outfit again. i assume this is just the wardrobe issue and not related to saved outfits being broken?
