Not to look a gift horse in the mouth, because I love all this free CSC, but...
The drop rate for the Morty Cards may be too high. I've received at least three per day, which means at the bare minimum, I'd be making 2,250 CSC per month. That's an awful lot, especially when you take into account the fact that I've received more than three some days!
So... What's going on? Is this the intended drop rate? Is RNG favoring me? I trust staff to keep an eye on CSC prices and adjust as necessary, but it'd be nice to know how cheap they'd like CSC to be.
And inb4 anyone talking about how hypocritical it is to complain about free CSC when others have complained about CSC being too expensive - I've never complained about CSC being too expensive. I am actually in favor of CSC being expensive, because that's an incentive to buy CSC with real cash instead of sP; it also encourages people to buy CSC to sell for sP. While that does suck for people who can't afford to spend real money, Subeta is a business, and it's one that I'd like to stick around for a long time to come!
I imagine you're doing all the quests you can? And with a gold account?
Most users don't do all their quests, at least not during the week. The cards are an incentive to do the quests, but even I, a greedy trash monster, have not been persuaded to do more than whatever the weekend quest is 1 day and maybe some wizard quests.
I don't think the drop rate is to high, I got 2 for doing 10 weekend quests, which give better prizes. so it makes sense.

I do have a gold account and I have always done all of my quests, yes, even back when they were at 30 quests each with a GA, but the drop rate should take into account people like me.
I mean, I got eight cards today, two of which I can't use today because I'm done questing. That's 200 CSC in one day, plus the 125 I got yesterday... I'm never going to need to buy CSC again, at this rate.
I always try to do all my quests and I've only received one or two cards a day from the full 90 quests. I think you're just lucky.
Yesteday I did all my quests but Cinthia and Maleria (because I started questing too late and didn't have enough time to finish) and I got no cards at all. I think you probably just got very lucky :o

I think it's mostly luck
Looking for these : x100
I have gold account and do all my quests. Never received more that 2. You're lucky but please don't see it as a rule and ask to lower the number. It's not quite fair for those who are less lucky.
I "only" got three today, so it may be that I'm simply the Spider George of Morty Cards.
And this isn't a matter of fairness. It's a matter of the health of the site's economy. It is reassuring to me that 8 cards in one day is a ridiculous amount, though, so it may be that the drop rate is fine and RNG is simply favoring me, for whatever reason!
The price of CSC in sP on the open market of usershops, it hasn't changed much. It's too soon to worry for me.
there are days where I still get 0 so I think it's more unbalanced than too high
I think it's mostly luck. There has been days I don't think I've gotten any, and I think someone in the news comments said they got a fair amount the first day.
Even then, I'm not sure how many people actually do all of their quests every day, or even "fairly often."
I am sure staff is keeping an eye on things to gauge the drop rate and whether or not any harm is coming to the site's income.
That said, csc has been... Well. I've been on the site for 13 years now but the last few years, csc has had a huge spike so honestly, it might be in place to help curb that and put more incentive towards questing and helping the site economy in other ways, especially since more pageviews of basic accounts = more ad revenue, too.
I dunno, but I think that the Morty card drop rate is too random. Some days you get nothing, and other times you get cards worth more than the value of your quest rewards combined for the day. On the other hand, quest points are given exactly every 5 times.
The bonus does make GAs and full questing worthwhile again. It would be great to have more new content, now the quests are giving more currencies to spend on.
I too have been wondering if the drop rate is too high.
155 quests - 3 cards 155 quests - 7 cards 155 quests - 5 cards 155 quests - 3 cards 155 quests - 3 cards 155 quests - 5 cards ~30 quests and 1 card. First day, no GA. I don't remember how many quests I did that day, 4 cards

I agree with you completely about my concerns for what this means for people buying csc. I guess only admin will know if this impacts people's spending. I'm guessing if someone buys a decent amount of cws, this won't really be impacting their spending, but for the users who buy less, it might be enough to make a dent? I'm glad the rate was fixed from the initial first day. I'm guessing they wanted to rejuvenate questing because those questathons were only temporary spikes in activity.
So far, I only get 0 or 1 card daily. So no, drop rate is in no way too high, it's uneven between players (not saying that it should be perfectly even like quest points but 0 cards vs 7 is a bit harsh).
As someone who can’t afford to buy CSC with real money, I’m really enjoying this. It gives me the opportunity to do more things on site than I would usually be able to. My rate has been about 1 in 50 so far, which I believe is a fair amount. I think we need to give it a bit more time to see how it impacts the economy, but right now I like this bonus a lot.
Like others said, I doubt many people do all of their quests every day. When the cards were first released I did all 150 quests for two days before going 'wow this sucks' and going back to only doing my set rotation. Seriously, doing that many quests every day is boring as hell! Plus, it's all luck based. Some days I get 2 cards doing over 100 quests. Sometimes I get 5. Besides, I don't think the small influx of CSC is really going to harm the economy much. The SP = CSC rate is already pretty absurd. I don't think it'd hurt to have it go down some.
If it does hurt things, I'd gladly bite my words, but as it stands I think the drop rate is fine. And this is from someone who routinely buys CSC for real money.

Aside from the first day I haven't gotten any so I doubt its too high. Obviously doing MORE quests increases your chances of getting one, which is normal.

I haven't gotten one since the second day. Perhaps I'm just really unlucky, but the drop rate doesn't seem too high to me.
I think it's pretty well balanced?
If you're questing with a GA and you get lucky and get a lot of cards, most of that CSC is going to go either for cash shop items you want/need, or for another GA. I don't have access to the numbers, but if it was getting fed into the system at a massive rate, the cards would have their drop rate reduced, or even limited to weekend special quests only. If you can deal with the mindless tedium of quests, you get a little somethingsomething to whet your appetite for CSC purchases.
Or if you can't afford to buy CSC with real money, you get extra incentive to play and participate on the site and earn that CSC.
