There's a great thread on the feedback forum, asking about why recent armour items are not the same colour, and this turned into a bit of a "more armour items!" thread.

I guess as a theme it would be the fit with Fireside/November, but screw that it seems like people really want new armour type stuff so it would be a fun monthly theme to have.

Why do they have to be different metals?

How about we collate them here? Anyone have new suggestions?

Personally I want more armour and weapons in general.

Would be awesome if stuff got recoloured. Some of my favourite items:

(I know they're mostly pauldrons, it's hard to find armour in the rest of the wardrobe)

More arm greaves, leg greaves..

I also would love some more shields on the HA's further away arm. Most swords/sheilds seem to be on the front arm and that means you can't have both equipped at the same time! I would like shields of different shapes (e.g circles, squares, ovals) made from different materials (e.g metal, wood, glass, bamboo etc).

More weapons that look.. slim and deadly. We have a lot of long/ornate weapons (, ), which I find a bit awkward. Also in general I don't like the swords that are angled upwards.. the HA is so static, holding the sword up seems unnatural. It also blocks a lot of the chest items (the more interesting ones) rather than the legs.

Perhaps we could have swords/shields that go in either hand (transformable). -shrug-

So, a bit of a shameless plug here but a little over a year ago I got a suggestion thread going about a similar enough subject (It was about the sable smithy) The Sable Smithy is in dire need of an update Some serious brainstorming, and plenty of good ideas that you might like came from that thread. 😄

Also, I would kill for some bucklers.

YEEEEEES PLEEEEEASE. One of my top HA aesthetics is weapons/armor and would kill wink for some new items.

This would go along nicely with the Renaissance Faire idea that people have suggested as a new Peka-Boo or Neugarten theme.
