I know, the title sucks but I don't know how else to word it.

There are a TON of items on subeta that resemble certain pokemon/people/games/pop culture etc. The problem I'm having is these items have a different name from the actual thing they're inspired by.

For example, if I want to find a "piplup" item, I would have to know that the doll is named "Pengplup (Special Edition Betadoll)" because searching for "piplup" in the shops will bring up nothing.

Is there a list of all of these items and their converted subeta names somewhere? Otherwise, how are we supposed to find them? I would hate to post a new topic every time I want to find a certain pokemon or other item.

Tribute/Reference Items Thread v3.0

That thread has some things listed, but I don't think it really gets updated anymore, unfortunately.

There are also a lot of reference items in the Antique Shop, especially the EPICon and Reading Drive sections. Mostly items related to real world games and book characters.

I can't really help much with trying to find any sort of specific items, but those would be some good places to look.
