So far I took 2 Bulbous Vials and my HA has no infection. It lasts like 3 minutes and then POOF. Should we wait? Should we try again? Clear cache?

More like, don't get infected until we're done with the fix. Chances are if you have an infection, someone will kiss you. So instead of trying to preserve the infection, just have fun kissing until we are done with the fix, and then go do the infection.

is there any way I could get back the strain I lost? I chose the random option and was so excited with the one that I received, I don't want to risk a different one. It was that same pretty crow you have :)
I don't know that they can do that. But you can ask when you file a ticket for a refund?

it broke again I was fully infected had the specialist alert and everything and now my infections gone

It broke again. I should've been hitting stage 2 soonish, but instead, I'm blank. VIP page says I don't have anything. (I had Song, again, demon raven.) I don't know if I should be reinfecting myself, given I've now missed out on an entire stage!
All I can do is suggest you make a ticket.

I think this broke again...I went to bed well after midnight subeta time and I was infected at that time. I just had to rebuy my song infection again....:(

I had the Song strain and was infected since last night (had the raven by my shoulder). This morning someone threw a snowball at me and now it says I'm no longer infected and the raven has disappeared. I know there was a problem with kisses undoing the strains but I think snowballs are are causing the same problem...
