Hello I'm relatively new to the custom pet making scene, but I've always wanted a Darkonite. I don't know how hard that would actually be though. Any advice regarding what steps to take would be extremely helpful.

They're fairly common pets via the zapper, I'm pretty sure that's the only place where you can get one without using an elixir. The elixirs aren't particularly expensive either, so if you don't want to gamble, that's the best way to go c:

In case if you're curious, you're unable to create a Darkonite like a majority of the Subeta pets because the Darkonite was actually created by the original Pet Zapper!

beat me to it. Your best bet would be to either change one of your existing pets into a Darkonite, or create a new pet with the intention of turning it into one. You can gamble with the pet zapper, but keep in mind that the results are random. There's a chance of it destroying one of your items in your inventory or changing your pet's attached minion, so throw anything of importance in a safe place like your vault! (I should do that more often lol).

Though honestly, the zapper requires patience. Purchasing an elixir will be an instantaneous result. Here is a list of the available darkonite elixirs if you're curious!
