I'd love to see a clear crystal color like an ice sculpture. Sort of like the or I think it'd be really cool if we could also genetech that clear elixir/potion with the existing color potions or maybe coda cave crystals and get colored translucent potions. I am personally not a fan of having an ice pet, would be too similar to neopets. I could get behind a crystal pet in which it looks like a pet is a cracked geode or something, incorporate the crystals from the coda caves.

Crystal pets incorporating the Coda Caves idea might be cool, similar to some of the minions we've gotten from there recently.

I think it would be too complicated to have different color versions of this color for every pet species though. It should probably just be like other colors that have a single unique design for each pet, although it could incorporate various different color schemes but all be crystalline in nature.

The Ice Figurines are very similar to Glacier already. If we're gonna sic our artists on something new, I'd prefer it to be something really new.

I love this idea! I love the idea of getting new pet colors from various places like the Genetech labs. Maybe all of the Coda Caves Crystals + Artifical Prism Chalice = Crystal Pet Potion? (Preferably sort of in the style of the Crystal Empire ponies like in MLP. Elegant and sparkly.)

I'd like a color that evokes the crystallites. I wonder how it would work for the Donadak, which is already a rock?

Ice has too much overlap with glacier as is, but I'm very supportive of a crystalline color, whether it's something coverting the pet's entire body to crystal (as is the case with the crystallite minions as mentioned above), or if it was more a case of crystal growth on a largely organic body (not dissimilar to the donadak). Perhaps as a secondary option in the coda caves quests? Seems like it would make more sense to gather crystals for a crystalline pet color rather than galactic, but that's just me.

I'd be interested in crystallized pets! Maybe take Coda crystals and blend it in with that Aurora Borealis suggestion that's been floating around, and wa-lah! a nice addition to the crystal hunting on the 6th and 7th of each month. And since you'd have a borealis base colour, maybe have light refracting off the crystals to make it even more beautiful to look at.

Donadak, Celinox and Mahar would be great first options since they are naturally embedded with stones.

I think there is more out there than crystal pets, I mean, we already have pets with crystals on them, and we have Glacier color, and the idea of mixing Coda Caves with another color seems a bit odd seeing the crystals are already used for Galactic pets.

Ice is water-based, while crystals are rock/stone-based, so not a logical argument. I also don't agree with your argument about there being crystals on existing pets. That's like saying nostalgic shouldn't exist because the Dillema is a toy already.

You have the right to state your opinion, as well as I do. I'm not saying ice and crystal are the same thing, but when put to a drawing, their difference is on the color scheme. Unless they picked other color to go with, something mystical like pets adorned in crystals, but making their whole body the same material/color like the sculpture makes me think there will be some boring results (as Ice and Rock Neopets).

So, the Kumos would be made of light blue crystal, the Montre from brown crystal, the Kanis from darker blue crystals and so on. That would be interesting conceptually without limiting artists to the same palette for all pets.

True, I wouldn't want a clone of something like Neo's Ice colour. I added above the suggestion to combine this colour idea with that Aurora Borealis suggestion that's been floating around awhile. I think that + crystalline gems would be interesting. Close to Galactic, but still different enough.

Though if that Rift colour were to occur, then that'd be three redraw colours for Atebus alone. A 4th might be a bit much. Dunno.
