I'm going to recommend one of my favourite books of all time: House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski. it is... weird as heck, genuinely creepy, difficult, and is pretty much everything a conventional novel is not. i won't say much more because i don't want to spoil anything if you do end up reading it x)
my favourite colors are PEACH and WHITE though honestly i'm not too fussy & i'd be happy with anything ^_^ thankyou so much for doing this giveaway! <3
Harry Potter! Also if you are into art, I am reading this book called "Slow Art" by Arden Reed. Here's a description: “Americans, on average, spend between six and ten seconds with individual artworks in museums or galleries—hardly time enough. But how, in our culture of distraction, might we extend attention? Slow Art models sustained ways of looking, through encounters with various media both present and past—including photography, painting, sculpture, “living pictures,” film, video, digital and performance art—even light and space. Against current orthodoxy, Arden Reed argues that, for contemporary viewers, the contemplation of slow art is akin to religious practices during the ages of faith.”
My fav colors are purple, gold, and green. :)
Back in high School, my favorite book was "Unwind" by Neal Shusterman. (Also his book trilogy called "The skinjacker trilogy")
My favorite colors are Cyan and Red. c:
♥ [flower=owl] ♥
The Tangle Box by Terry Brooks is my fave book. It's a fantasy novel and such a good read~
Art by ~ Sig by ~Oh my goodness... so many choices!
I have to go with this one though, because it is seriously one of the best "grab your attention NOW" first pages I've ever read.
Hugh Laurie (Of "House" fame!), The Gun Seller.

Imagine that you have to break someone's arm.
Right or left, doesn't matter. The point is that you have to break it, because if you don't ... well, that doesn't matter either. Let's just say bad things will happen if you don't.
Now, my question goes like this: do you break the arm quickly -- snap, whoops, sorry, here let me help you with that improvised splint -- or do you drag the whole business out for a good eight minutes, every now and then increasing the pressure in the tiniest of increments, until the pain becomes pink and green and hot and cold and altogether howlingly unbearable?
Well exactly. Of course. The right thing to do, the only thing to do, is to get it over with as quickly as possible. Break the arm, ply the brandy, be a good citizen. There can be no other answer.
Unless.
Unless unless unless.
What if you were to hate the person on the other end of the arm? I mean really, really hate them.
This was a thing I now had to consider.
I say now, meaning then, meaning the moment I am describing; the moment fractionally, oh so bloody fractionally, before my wrist reached the back of my neck and my left humerus broke into at least two, very possibly more, floppily joined-together pieces.
The arm we've been discussing, you see, is mine. It's not an abstract, philosopher's arm. The bone, the skin, the hairs, the small white scar on the point of the elbow, won from the corner of a storage heater at Gateshill Primary School -- they all belong to me. And now is the moment when I must consider the possibility that the man standing behind me, gripping my wrist and driving it up my spine with an almost sexual degree of care, hates me. I mean, really, really hates me.
He is taking forever.
OH and I love all colors! You pick!

I am an avid reader. I love books. I would recommend Red Rising by Pierce Brown. It is the first in a trilogy, and the trilogy is AMAZING. I wasn't sure about it when I picked it up. But those books are seriously 3 of the best books I have read. I believe the author is in the midst of continuing with the story right now. I had my mom and sister read them and recommend them to everyone.
Also, my favorite color would be black followed by pink.
, thought you might want to make a suggestion also.

You have to read American Gods! It is written by Neil Gaiman and it has mythology, fantasy, modern Americana, intrigue and crime all mixed into one fabulous book. p.s. I love pink!
I also recommend Red Rising by Pierce Brown, its an awesome read, hard to put down. second choice would be the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Mayer. The first in the series is Cinder, a futuristic spin off of the Disney Princess fairy tales but she ties them all together in an amazing way and definitely well worth reading.
