So I have to share this with you guys...

I work at the front desk at an assisted living community. It's snowing out and this visitor is just leaving. We're doing the usual 'Stay warm out there, drive safe, blah blah blah' and then she pops out this gem:

"This is worse than real snow this weather!"

It's not ice, not a mix, just...big ol' normal snowflakes. I'm seriously still WTF'ing. I just...I can't...brain shorts out

Part of my job is answering phones. And once in a while I get a call from "Windows Technical Support". Yeah. It hadn't happened for a while, so I figured they finally got a clue. Nope.

Caller: Hello. This is Tracy from Windows Technical Support. I am calling... Me: starts laughing Seriously? You're still at this? You haven't come up with a better scam yet? Caller: Ma'am, this is...mutters under her breath Oh fuck it. hangs up Me: completely loses it laughing

What an idiot. Seriously? Do they think people are that dumb? Well, I'm not. Thanks for the laughs though, "Tracy"!

Driving with my windows down year round gets me those looks. They work too, I just feel like I'm boiling inside a car.

No significant fallout yet...

Maybe it was potato flakes falling from the sky? :o

Suuuure...a cargo plane carrying boxes of potato flakes exploded overhead...which means that's not snow outside...it's...MASHED POTATOES!! grabs butter and fork and runs outside

.< Man I wish it wasn't "real" snow. I'm not fond of snow. It's cold which is one of the worst things ever in this world, and then it's also wet which maks the cold worse and it makes driving scary.

My sister once said that her head-neck was bothering her... your 'real snow' reminded me of that XD
