Anasazi, as for characters and wondering whats left, it would seem we can have two in a class if what Straywillow posted in the 'Needful Things for Adventuring Squirrels' is right.

rainestorme, if my messages haven't gotten confused in my head, you are new to the Wayward Squirrels. So you can look at the topic listed above (posted by GreenRowan) and see what type of character you would like to be.

Everyone, we can start posting here what class/character/etc. we are so we can all get a feel for each other.
We also need to officially decide on who the Captain and Co-Captain (if there is one) should be. I tried it last year, needless to say I'm pretty sure we came in last. Raine is new this year and needs to get a feel of how this works first. And Guardian doesn't seem that interested if one of the random posts I saw is accurate (correct me if I'm wrong). Right now, I'm pretty sure the star next to Anasazi's name on the 'Rosters and Scoring' thread means you are the Captain. Do you Want to be Captain? Does Canidae?

With that said, let's get this squirrely party started! :D

You were right. I'm a great supporting character, but never a good lead ^^; That goes for IRL too. I'd rather be backstage getting the actors ready or working soundbooth vs. onstage and in the light.

New group might be a good idea. I rarely ever use the hashtags, so I'm not sure how the extra one will effect the pings.

I can be co-captain as you wish? Just a warning, I won't be on 24/7. I will try to be as active as i can though:P

For everyone wondering, yes my ha is now my character for this event(yes i know 2spooky.) This is Teena, she is..(i wanna say 14?/forgot how young you can be in this event.) She is from a forest land called, (will add this later.) She has lived there all her life with her family. She doesn't have any friends except for her bird, "Hatchet." The main reason being most people can't understand her and she gets upset when they can't usually. Only her parents know how to communicate with her speech problem. She was born deaf, but has telepathy(can read minds.) She has only learned so far to use telepathy with Hatchet/communicate back and forth through minds. In her Home forest its normal to have horns and elf like ears as well as powers to burn anything they touch, all of the people there do. Her weapon is a old rusted pipe that when heated up makes smog. She has never had to stab anyone with it and hope she does not have to in the future. When she was 13 she went to a concert held at a local center in her town. She loved the band called, "2Tight4U." She begged her parents for a bandana she loved by the band. Her parents went and saw the bandana in their shop and bought it for her. Originally it was Black and White only, but they got to talking with the manager over their daughter and how she loved the band. Well, wouldn't you know it?, the manager knew the main bands artist and asked if he could do something special for her with the bandana. Her parents said sure. On Christmas Eve, they found a package addressed to Teena by the 2Tight4U bands artist. When Teena opened it she was crying and very happy. The artist had apparently put in some art colors and designs into the fabric for her and had a note saying keep going strong. She forever still wears that bandana to this day.

Hmmm... Okay, Character building....

Well, I think I would probably want to be somewhere in the Magic Users class.

My character has storm-based powers, so she can control wind, rain, lightning, that sort of thing. Sort of a power over blue? Yeah... She washed up on a shore one day with no memory of who she was or where she came from, so little is known about her history, or how she came by her powers.

I don't know... That's all for now, because I really don't know how all of this goes, so...

Happy to be here as a reluctant... something... is there a class that would benefit the team most right now? I don't think I will be using the same character I used with my other team, she's going to stick with my Foggy team for next time they play. So I'll be making someone new (I have some plans...)

I'm following the ooc/question thread right now because I'm a bit confused about the first part already lol. I've seen people ask if best steampunk means our best steam punk items or if it should be more "formal" steampunk. I'm honestly not sure which... and I've never heard the term hink pink before but I think I get it now.

points to HA That's Max on a good day. He's undead, but a very good stage makeup artist. He's been used in WS before with the Foggy Notions, but I'll be keeping him around for this round. He's very outgoing, pron to making dad jokes or saying things to make someone smile, but only when he has his shades on.

Tinker is the name of the owl hanging around his feet. She treats Max like her little owlet.

I'll add more later. I picked up someone hours this week due to family emergency. Next week I only have 16hr at work...so two shifts.

My character last year was a Ranger named Sky. I'm not sure if I'm using her again though. She was part of the Farseeing Fables and I'm still not sure how to work her backstory into a new group. ":/

I made a new topic for us to write ideas for hink pinks and our news story. We can still hash out characters, classes, etc. stuff here though.

Hey everyone! You can call me Anna. I've played in years past but this summer my work life is going to be crazy so I'm going to be a reluctant. I'm going to be in Alabama tonight through Tuesday night so I won't have much time to work on things. What character am I playing this round? I can try to find time to work on an HA at least so I can get that going. It just may be limited on time because we are going to be going to both sides of the family and they tend to frown on playing on the computer! Pfft! Anyway, we live in Louisville now so that's why. Enough rambling, just let me know what item I need to add to my HA and what the overall look is going to be and what character y'all want floating in and out. I'm not too shabby at puzzles so I'll definitely try to help as much as work allows me too. It's good to meet everyone!

Character- wise it seems we have Canidae as Teena, a warrior with a bird named Hatchet; GuardianAngels as Max (unknown class?) an undead make-up artist whose owl Tinker keeps him in line; rainestorme as a Mage otherwise un-named that I kow of; and the rest of us that are undecided. So I guess it's pretty much 'take your pick'. What type of character do you like the most? Do you wish to be?

Oh, sorry. Max was a Vagabond in the past, but he can also be a Ranger if needed. His actual Subeta occupation is a Centropolis special services agent. Sniper. But, being undead, he get lots of time off as his boss doesn't want many people figuring out that that there is a dead person on the force (....and a lack of hostage situations). So, Max dabbles in whatever has his fancy at the time, hence Vagabond/Jack-of-all-trades. Max was a thespian nerd in high school, and that knowledge has kept with him ever since, but also why he has to be wearing some form of tinted shades. Its his mask to cover up any insecurities.

As for HA designs, I don't think its limited to what you own. If I remember correctly, we were aloud to use that one other wardrobe function that I forgot what its called.....I remember using the HA generator on SubetaLodge back on WS3 before the wardrobe update.
