ALL THE STAFF IS FANTASTIC. SERIOUSLY ALL OF THEM. I have played a loooot of pet sites but Subeta by far has the most staff visibility and interaction. You guys work very hard to keep everything going smoothly. I love that staff members play the site too! And have goals and pet characters and such. It is far more of a shared experience than I've had with staff on other sites.

Also a special shout out to , who is just ridiculously helpful, all the time, especially because I always have random questions about something or another You make my Subeta experience better ♡

Even though I sometimes feel like someone who is constantly nagging I love our staff - otherwise I for sure wouldn't be here anymore and my money I wouldn't throw at an unfriendly staff either, lol So yeah, thank you everyone for your constant work, for the amazing pet art, for taking criticism like grown-ups and for making Subeta such a great place...I mean, this is the only site that managed to keep me interested for a whole decade, congrats on that!

If I'm allowed to thank one staff member in particular as well then I would like to thank who (I guess because of time zones) picks up my tickets in about 90% of all cases and has always been incredibly friendly, encouraging and sweet and who helped me last year with an issue/error that otherwise would have brought me to tears. Sierra, you are awesome, thank you for being there. ❤️

I agree. I used to play neopets before this site and I know that neo is a bigger company and all but subeta makes neopets' customer service look like a joke. On subeta tickets are handled quick and easy and the staff are personable and approachable. Even my longest ticket ever was a nice experience; though the person handling my ticket couldn't actually do anything but play the "middle-man" and support me while a programmer tried to fix my problem. Took 6 months and I'm not even mad because that's still a cakewalk compared to getting help on neopets.

I know I can still be critical sometimes but it's because I'm passionate about this site and love and want to play it, as it's my favourite website. One of my favourite things is how staff communicate on forums. They get flack where they could have done better but I still like how they write on forums and talk directly to users outside of customer support. Like it's incredible to be able to converse with and try to help report bugs in what he's working on (the wardrobe). I don't know any other site where I've spoken directly to the owner and got a reply. Or even met and spoke to in real life :P (RIP subeta meetups)

I think you hit home for a lot of people It is such a breath of fresh air coming from a site that basically acts like they hate their users to one that loves them. Neo was a very bad place for me when I left for this site. And the staff is just wonderful here. It is the first time that I have felt close/safe enough to online friends to where I actually wanted to meet them and have met a few! I would name names but then I'd be listing the entire staff :D And no matter how much I annoy them with bugs and stuff, they still are just the best bunch of people.

Going to echo my appreciation for all staff, but especially (who I always see helping people on forums that she doesn't even mod!), (who pops into the news/SB and forums to answer the tough questions users have), and (for always being so enthusiastic about the site, and so committed to maintaining high quality art).

Sometimes I feel guilty for dropping so much $ on virtual currency, but then I remember that my money is also going towards paying hardworking artists and staff, and then I go ahead and spend even more. You guys really are amazing - thank you for all that you do! <3

I agree! The Subeta team is wonderful. I can't thank you guys enough for making diverse and inclusive characters, truly listening to user feedback, and just making this a safe and fun site! I thought I had grown out of pet sites when I left a well-known one back in 2008 and came here, but I've logged on pretty much every day since then. You guys rock.

Our creative team - who are a range of remote workers, mothers and sufferers of various ailments - thank you ever so much for helping them support themselves and their families while doing a job that is not half bad (that's English for REAL GOOD). I always believed in supporting the arts and arts workers, and Subeta remains a place that I continually want to support and I'm glad others do too.

Joining the staff love fest!!

I filed a ticket last night because a Cash Shop purchase (for 1250 CSC!!!) went through twice.

had removed the duplicate items and restored my CSC literally within MINUTES.

I'm used to Poupee Girl (rip) where even though I know some Japanese it took a dog's age to get an answer for anything, and to Gaia, LOL FOREVER.

I know I have already posted here, but I just want to say "Thank you" again! (I do hope the staff does read this thread to get their much-deserved love!)

Anyway, I was so incredibly pleased to see that the Vesnali items this year included an item I had suggested in the past. Also, the CI for it totally looks like the character that I have dressed my avatar as for the past few years. (And yes, I am totally going to dress him that gorgeous suit now!) ❤

I can't tell you how much I love the fact that the staff really listens to user suggestions! Thank you all for all you do and for making this a really user-friendly site. ❤
