You guys are great. Seriously, compared to Neopets, you guys are open, hardworking, and kind. I know you guys get shit from time to time, but you guys are only human, and you do your jobs pretty well here. Even when the site was seizing up a lot last year, you guys were able to fix it eventually. Must've been stressful, huh?

I couldn't agree more I think the staff are wonderful! Being on here for 10years+ it amazes me the work you guys continue to put in this site for all of us to enjoy. I remember being 15 wanting to be a minimod so bad because I wanted to be a part of the staff. Anyways kudos to you guys and thank you for all you do :)

After 8 1/2 years I've never once had a bad staff encounter. Communicating with the team is easy breezy and pleasant. That says something right there. c: In fact, the ticket staff are a model example of how all customer service/tech help departments should be. You guys rock. <3 As my pharmacist would say, "Thank you-thank you-thank you! Always a pleasure to see you." (He really does give out rapid succession thank yous every time I see him, hehe.)
