I just adopted Boops as I simply couldn't resist. (I'd been thinking about making an Overwatch fanpet for awhile anyway.) The plan is making them a Sombra fanpet but I'd love for some ideas on what pet she could be, as nothing exact is springing to mind for me yet.

I'm leaning toward darkmatter because her main colours are black and purple, but she also has a fair amount of pink/blue/grey in her design. I'm happy doing some image editing to play with colours/making an overlay if there's a non-darkmatter pet that fits her. (Expression, personality, etc.)

For anyone not familiar with the game she's a hacker character (she can control mech as well as the more traditional sort of hacking) and looks like this:

DM would be such a good colour for her, I agree! Storm has something of a similar colour scheme going on, and maybe the electricity aspect could be workable?

has such a nice attitude, I could certainly see her booping people on the nose x) Or perhaps the blacklight montre? You could edit the rainbow colours into something more pinkish.

I think the Jollin or the Escalade would really suit her. They've got the same kind of mischievous thing going that Sombra has, imo.

hmmm i think the darkmatter telenine could work nicely, but i also kind of love the idea of the darkmatter wyllop?? i mean just look at its face!

for the wyllop, you could even recolor its hair tufts to match sombra's.

Storm is a good idea too, I hadn't even considered it! And oh man, the blacklight Montre has a perfect booping pose, will def consider this cutie! Thank you! And the 404 is unfitting but hilarious, thank you for that, too!

Oh man, I was actually considering the dm Jollin (bc I have a serious Jollin bias haha) but was planning on changing another one of my pets into that, so I'm not sure. Glad someone else thinks the expression on it is fitting, though! And thank you, I'm digging that Escalade. (Something with nails is nice, bc that's a sort of prominent part of her design imo and I could colour it's claws to match her's ;o; )

The Telenine actually came to mind for me, too! The only thing stopping me is that I already have a dm Telenine so I'm not sure I want two of them. It def has a great expression for her, though-- as does the Wyllop! And I like the idea you suggested of colouring it's hair tufts to match her hair, super cute idea ;u; Thank you!

ah, i agree about the "not wanting two of the same pet" thing. a donadak might also be fitting, especially with the claws resembling her nails. not sure what color would be best, though - nightmare is actually doing a similar post to the last pic you included, and with a recolor it would probably look less menacing and more mischievous. the darkmatter donadak seems a bit more serious but it could work, too.

The Blacklight Keeto's pose could work for her, and would be rather easy to edit to match her color scheme

For pets with a bit more work behind their editing, you could try any of these pets; they all generally have good poses + expressions that could fit Sombra, the editing would just be a pain with all the different stuff going on for the specific colors (the easiest to edit out of all of them would probably be the wyllop and torrey).

Oh gosh I have so many more good options than I expected, thank you all so much! I'm still open to ideas but I think what I'm going to do is go through some of the ones in the thread and mess with editing them and see if any click more once I do.

haha yeah, I considered changing my other pet but I'm pretty fond of them as they are, so. Oh man, the nm pet has such a great pose! Thank you, I'm definitely considering them.
