(I'm not sure if this is the right topic for me to put this.) Are one know if there are any Hello Kitty themed wearables? I thought I seem one in the past that was like a doll your ha held but I can't remember what it's called or I could just be imagining things. BTW I am a huge Hello Kitty fan and also would like to know about non-wearable too.

There is a costume trunk called Collectors Edition Blob Kitty Case. The items are inspired by Hello Kitty and '90s boy bands.

there are Tribute threads that show items that are fan items. It is likely that there are more Hello Kitty things than are in that Trunk.
