Soooo happy to see 2048 come to Subeta! And I am loving the tiles. The art is gorgeous and the way the numbers are pictured is clever. Love the spider for the 8 tile! <3

It would be wonderful if we could carry on playing after 2048 is reached though. I've never managed to reach 4096, but an achievement with that goal could be fun to aim for!

Edit: Seems a lot of people have been enjoying Subeta's 2048 and wanting to know how to play it again. ^-^ has commented on the news post to say that it will be coming back. So we will be able to play the Subeta version again in time. :D

In the meantime, here is the original 2048. And if you want more of a challenge, here's an interesting variation.

Like the Subeta version, both are played with the keyboard.

I really like this game!

But I do kind of wish staff had posted a bit more instructions or something. It's not intuitive to everyone, and not everyone is even familiar with this game.

I've seen a lot of people saying they don't understand it and are just giving up because they don't know what to do.

This game is simultaneously fun and nerve-wracking. I didn't think something like that existed lol.

this is a dumb hill to die on, but i still think three's move mechanic (where tiles move only one space instead of all the way to the wall) is better than 2048's, mostly because i'm not used to keeping track of my tiles as fast as 2048 can demand, lmao. that said, i love the way this was implemented -- the tiles are gorgeous and the movement is very smooth. i look forward to aiming for the title once it comes back after the plot is over!

I suck so bad at this game but I also love it a lot. It gives me some chill vibes and it calms me down ha ha.

I hate this game, so I never was so grateful for a "skip" option.

I already ruined my chances at getting 100% plot completion with the 7 squares puzzle, so at this point, LOL NOT WORTH THE EFFORT

I however got a baad headache from such a game... ;-; I managed to beat it but I did not enjoy it... not one bit.

I love this game! Finally a puzzle I know I can solve easily.

However, I was a bit confused at first. I kept trying to click the tiles because I didn't realize what it was until I re-read the prompt a couple of times.

Like I also got a headache from the game. Completed it with a nice helpful hint on how to better play, but it's not worth the headache to play again.

That game burnt my crops, salted my fields, killed my livestock, and poisoned my well. And also gave me a headache from frowning so deeply.

I've never seen this game before in my life and didn't know what I was supposed to be doing for quite a while. Many tries over the course of a few hours later, I got the hang of it and even got enough to complete the step. It's not a game I'd play often for fun but it's interesting enough to return to sometime.

I do hope the game stays around after the plot!

I've never seen this game before, thus never played it before... It took me nearly 2 hours to get to the required score of 512. So: Never. Again. Please.

Would love to have this game around permanently.. it was such an addictive game on mobile. :)

I was so excited when I worked out it was 2048 after a few test clicks and swipes (I was on an iPad at the time). ^_^ This version is super cute with the different types of tiles and was really enjoyable. I can't wait until it gets released for real. I'm hoping we get it directly after the plot ends this time so we don't have to wait around like for the digger game.

I just managed to beat it! :D Although it was a challenge and took quite a few attempts, I thought it was really enjoyable!!!
