Because it's a limited thread, and not one I intend to keep up with, you will not have the regular "base year deadline". You can finish them anytime you want, but they're, you know,..meant for halloween. So. The other rules remain the same!

Usually I try not to add things with so many options in it in case one user wants one part of it and another wants a different part and it'll get messy - but I couldn't resist with this one lmao

The hair stood out to me first, but I also like the face makeup, so I might do that too, cuz... I haven't done a lot of makeup and I'd like to do some more. =D I totally didn't even notice the tights... those would be awesome to do too. 83 I like most of it- not sure on the dress, but most everything else I like lol. I wish we could do eyes... lol.
