While dismantling my Hoarder gallery, I've become assaulted by the sheer number of books, foods, plushies, beanbags, and god knows everything else that I've amassed over the years.

• I can have my pet read all of the books at one time. Take a page out, read them all, get rid of the ones she's already read, repeat.
• I can move all of the beanbags, plushies, and trading cards from my inventory into their respective collections with ease (I think this is a gold account perk? that's what my girlfriend told me, but I'm not sure).
• I can move any wearables into my wardrobe with a simple click.

But foods.. are different. And I understand the whole "pets get hungry slowly," trust me I do. I'm not asking for that to go away. But I'm looking at this mass of food that I've got in my vault. Pages and pages and pages of it, and not all of it is even in there yet. And I know that it's going to take me years to get rid of these items, because the only way to feed my pet as often as possible is to stalk her hunger, and because of school and life and so on, on a lot of days that just isn't possible.

But when /I/ get hungry, I can go into my kitchen and grab something out of the pantry or fridge whenever I want. And I think it'd be nice if pets had the same ability. If they had a pantry that they could take food from whenever they got hungry, even if it only held a day's worth of food at a time, that would mean that I could put foods into her pantry, she could eat from it throughout the day, I could refill it for her whenever I had the chance, and it would help to get rid of this PILE of food sitting in my vault at a more steady rate.

Do you guys think this would ever/could ever be a thing? It wouldn't work for things like Oofa Fruits or Black Chocolates (or whatever they're called) or anything like that. It would just work for foods that don't have specific achievements attached to them like that, because with those things you would have to feed manually. Is there any way to make the idea better?

mentioned something in one of the news comments on food day that made me think this may already be in the works (even if she denies it) If it happened, I may be more inclined to feed my pets. I know certain people would be against it.

I would love something like this--I usually never remember to feed my gourmet pet, and I have no idea at what rate pets get hungry. But I do like that they're getting hungry faster now, because when I do remember to check, it's usually all in one day that I'm remembering to feed them.

This could be like leaving your pet home alone for the day with money for pizza, lol.

I'd also be interested in this for food storage in general, so we could keep unused baking-related items (for Fantine's Bakery) in a convenient and relevant location, instead of filling a gallery/etc!

Not only is this a great idea for getting hoards of food out my face, this is an adorable idea in itself. If something like this has been hinted at in the future I'm definitely looking forward to it!

I feel your pain! I've got an overwhelming amount of pages of storage shed shops and a hoarding gallery to sort out too, a lot of us do. I also totally love this idea!

it just seems everyone wants to "earn - get - take" everything right away and preferable without any effort lately !!

it was a huge task because we only could feed 10 foods a day and now you can almost feed 20 a day - so this way you guys already get there quicker for achievements

its not that hard to feed a pet when youre online, just use youre notepad to remember what dailies you want to do :)

Alternatively, I would just love some of the old shop 'Categories' to be available as search options for the item vault.

The main reason I haven't bothered clearing my old gallery is because it's really great to search for food, boosters, books, etc. (items that don't have a common search term).

Since there are different rarities, I would love to see both a rarity filter and item type sort for the Item Vault (CS, Currency, Books, Food, etc) :)

I think it would be a big help for people to start storing items in their item vault, rather than into a billion different shops.
