I like the softer shading! Something about the old faces makes them seem a TINY bit cuter, but I can't put my finger on it because everything seems to be pretty similar to the old shape? O wait, maybe eye shape, idk

Still, great revamp! Love the new colors for Arid and Dawn.

Wow, for a second I couldn't tell that there was a difference at all! It's a little like playing "spot the difference".

They do look a lot less plastic, I like it. I like the brighter cream and the slightly more natural look to the Marsh Swampie.

I like that they have nostrils now. xD

When I first saw the news post I thought my cache hadn't updated yet but no... I was looking at the updated swampies. Side by side the differences are easier to see. I like the updated color schemes that are more uniform with the way the color is meant to be.

Aha! twilight has finally been fixed! Okay the shading is much better but I really liked the old eyes more... now they just look glossed over and kinda dead.

This was a much needed tweak! Especially with those bright colors that didn't match the normal color scheme (like dawn and cream etc). GREAT JOB!

I look at this thread, and man do we need colors that matches the old Swampie's Field and Dawn. I know they were not fitting Field and Dawn's colorschemes, but they're still very good color and I love them D:

A rich, emerald green and a vivid magenta are exactly what we need.

But yeah, well-deserved revamp!

I kind of miss the broader palettes for certain colors. I'm probably the only person who cares but I know whenever the Illumis is updated, that Dawn will reflect the lighter pink and I'll be a sad bird because the current deep rose/magenta colors for that one are lovely.

I'd love to see some more colorfills that help take the place of a few of the more attractive variations.

Love the update, the old ones looked kinda... 'cheap'? Just outdated I guess.

Good touchup for sure. I am a little sad that there isn't a second highlight on all of them now, though, as I always thought it gave it a wet sort of look (which makes sense seeing as it's a water pet). Also going to miss the old darker body of the marsh. But good nonetheless !

ooh, I really love the new shading on these guys. it really brightens them up, you can actually see the spikes on the cherry now. :o (and love that the eyebrow-spikes dont look attached to the jaw anymore, but that's just me)

and that new blue color makes the dusk my new fave, even counting the new cream and field colorfills.

Do you want an essay with sources and links about how magenta is a benefit in everyone's lives?

I actually prefer the softer dawn color since I personally don't have a use for a bright magenta. That said, I'm not opposed to it as a color and think it would be an interesting color fill though.

In general I like the revamp though and I love the fact that the cream color is a lot brighter in the revamp than it was originally.

I like the eyes of the older ones better - they look more lively. Other than that, it's a good update! The soft body shading does work better.

Can we get the old eyes back, they are a love better than the new eyes.

They are good revamps, but I think some of the older colors were a lot better than the new ones, like the dawn and twilight ones

They don't fit the other pets from that color. This is why they were changed, the palette for twilight has purple accents, dawn is a lot lighter, and such
