Congratulations on your subeta anniversary and Rammstein! Love your snow globe Mary. It's been a long time to be unable to play but maybe all will be straightened out soon now. I got 4 of the same Melody gifts. Must have to delete three of them. Had a quiet New Years Eve. Will be having dinner with family today but I'm just making salads, yam fries, dessert and getting Kentucky Fried Chicken. Took a vote and that's what everyone wanted. So lucky me!

Thank you . It was good, the "just" was because I had to do so little to prepare it. It was a nice evening. My husband usually doesn't get a chance to say much, with four women and one son-in-law who love to talk. But he started telling our granddaughters about his life when he was growing up and he talked and talked. They loved all of his stories and kept asking for more. It was really a special time. :)

That really sounds like a wonderful evening, . It is rare that the young folks were interested in the "old stories". But if someone tells from personal experience it is so much more interesting than reading a history book!

We officially put an offer on the house we looked at in Paige, Tx. It's about 30 min from Austin, Tx for those that might want to know. :) They had it listed for $135k, but there's no way they'll get that much for it. We offered $93k and will adjust accordingly after it's appraised and inspected. Hoping to get it for less than $100k. It's a very nice house, it's just out in the middle of no where so there arent as many people interested in purchasing it way out there. :p It's perfect for Collin and me, though. We want to be about that far away and it's the half way point between this city and his folks, so it's just where we wanna be. :D Positive vibes and thoughts appreciated while we go through the process! The timing would be perfect if this deal goes through too, cause we'd be able to spend 4 days moving in from time of sale to end of our apartment lease. :)
