We had our first snow of the year on Monday. It was just enough to be pretty outside and not be dangerous then it melted about an hour or so later.

I'm sorry to see you leave i hope you come back one day.

I hope we'll meet again in the Subetan future, Yarn! I'm sorry to see you go, but understand. You'll be in my thoughts.

lol! And thanks. I gave her a new plkay toy but i can't find it anymore. She played with it when i was gone from home and poof... Gone.. Looked everywhere... Will turn up soon i hope..

So the inspection turned up a lot of bad impressions. They did not properly install the water heater, the gutters were not cared for... The yard was not taken care of. So all the things that we thought were minor turned out to be indications of other things that were worse. So we backed out of the deal. No little blue house for me, this time. Looks like we will have to rent again for a year.

, I am so sorry to hear that hugs But you know, this way you are available for the house that is waiting for you, the one that is "right" in all regards (and well kept)! And I hope that it won't take a full year until you find something else. hugs again

But like the others said, I'm sure you'll find one in better condition that will make you happier. Our weather warmed up . We must have sent our cold weather your way. Sorry about that. Was out today for an optometrist appointment and everyone was surprised how warm it is for January, 35 degrees but I don't expect it to last.

Hope everyone is well and happy in this new year. Started off with a car accident for my daughter and I but everyone is alright so that's all that matters. Was the other woman's fault so Betsy will get her car fixed without having to pay the deductible. God is Good all the time as my dear 93 year old friend always says.

Thanks for sending that weather here.When I went out Weds-Day I like to froze my butt off & everything else hahahaha Then yesterday & today we had a heat wave in the 40°F.so why I ask couldn't we have that Weds-day. the only day I had to go out.Hahahaha I think we're suppose to get a whooping 14°F degrees Monday.
