I know I commented on the news post, but I just wanted to thank you for adding some asexual NPC characters, especially ones in a cross-gender platonic friendship. It is so meaningful to have representation! This aro ace is so happy! I really appreciate how diverse all of Subeta's characters are. Thank you guys so much.
Not going to lie, the responses we’ve received already via the news comments and our social media like twitter have made me tear up a bit. A lot of the artists and I are so connected to various NPCs of ours so to see such happy responses like this are great. and I were particularly excited to get these items out because Nico and Liz are very dear to us and to see our headcanons come alive are great.
I hovered over the descriptions and giggled. So awesome.
I love that it's actually been put out there in items and such, it's been said they were both ace but it probably wasn't seen by most of the Subeta populace. Now many more people will know.
And they're honestly so cute, plus I love platonic soulmates because soulmates doesn't have to mean marry and have kids and all that.

I knew about Nico already, and vaguely remember something about Liz. But Manwar's ace too? Or is it just that he happens to be friends with Nico and Liz?

As I said in the news post, I'm really glad to see canon ace NPCs. I don't often see my orientation (or my gender for that matter) represented, so characters like Liz, Nico, Quentin, etc always make me really happy.

Thank you for confirming those three as aces. The descriptions for the items are spot-on and perfect. Being an ace myself, it's wonderful to see more diversity being brought to our NPCs. Thank you~ ^3^

It's really nice to see ace representation here! Also using the term soulmate for a platonic is a nice change of pace. Really feels like the staff understand that platonic relationships can be just as important and clandestineish as romantic and sexual ones.nnA+ from an aro ace!

Speaking as an ace, it's delightful to find a place that is very ace-positive.
I love these items. The thought you put into the Subeta world and all of it's characters is a big part of what makes this site so special.
You really need to have more of the character's biographys up in SubetaPedia so the "Who is...?" doesn't come up so often, 'cause you have so many cool characters to get to know here..
