This has happened for weeks now. The weekend quests are not any better then normal weekday quests. They are actually worse. And I have noticed people have the same problem. Can you please do something about it?

Strangely enough, I think you might be right...just to check, I did a few Maleria Quests just now and am definitely getting less than I usually do on regular quests from her. How strange!

me to. I got about 200k worth of items. Most were junky. And less then 400k worth of sp. This happened with pete as well. they have gotten worse for me and for others. I see the posts under the news section about it.

This problem is exclusive to Pete and Maleria, Pete does nothing different but for lesser rarity items giving way less sp than when doing normal quests. He is a total downer. Mal was tweaked for WQS for one weekend only some months ago after folks complained about in, then she to reverted to crap pay.
Wish we knew what to expect from individual questers from WQS when they say 'increased' coz no where do they say 'decreased' sp but Mal and Pete do just that.

Only one I noticed that sucked was Pete, tend to have better luck with him when he's not the QSQ. As for Maleria, actually made a nice profit off her. But sometimes quests are hit and miss. Would really like to see them up the chances of getting some tique items into some of the quest prize pools though, even if only on the weekends.

In my experience, ever since the quests were revamped, there has mostly been no noticeable difference between normal days and WSQ for most quests (excluding Saggi and Wiz of course), except for special items which are all really cheap at this point.

I understand that we don't necessarily want more SP to enter the system, but saying 'special' creates expectation. I hope these are looked at and revamped. Maybe not to increase pure SP, but make them rewarding in some way. More quest points, maybe subq invites, new special items (retire the old ones) etc. Something.

Strange because I've been able to make good profit with my Maleria Quests, in one she gave me 196k or something. What I didn't notice though was an increase in Forum Points.

The prices for the type or rarity of items asked tend to go up somewhat depending on the weekend quest. That's what I noticed. Not a huge issue unless there are several Saggi weekend quests in a row that eats up rare items.

Edit: The higher prices tend to reduce the profit on weekend quests, especially on books and food.

Speaking of which, Pete is asking for rares which are 5-100k and super rares which could be 100-900k. Woah? O_o

And Maleria kind of give your money back even. You mainly profit from the items value.

Yes I do know it's the luck of the draw but lately I have been hearing many people get bad luck with quests. I hope subeta does something about this.

If it's a problem, regular quests should be nerfed, not weekend quests being boosted.

That would make weekend quests actually special, without flooding the economy with moar SP.

Oh the reactions would be beautiful.

I wouldn't mind seeing the prizes looked at more carefully, for example, why is Pete throwing two items at users for completing a quest?

Expecting every WSQ to generate Saggi level sP results isn't the answer.

The biggest problem I've seen lately is that almost every quest giver is asking for food.

Seriously.

Almost all of them. So food prices have shot through the roof, and people are having to cancel a ton of quests.

I dunno, I don't seem to really really have problems with Pete or Maleria, unlikee:

Library - only worth it for the bonus books (I think that's a WSQ, yeah?). Quentin - only worth it for the maybe amulet. Cinitha - apparently only worth it for the maybe SuQ (I don't like wears enough to waste money on her though, unless she's asking for cheapystuff). Saggi - unless he's the WSQ forget about it.

... perhaps instead of Pete being nerfed during the week or boosted during WSQ (which I don't think needs to happen @ sP being a big enough issue already) maybe he just needs special WSQ items like the Library quests? Retired expensive ass foods that aren't related to the TS (which eventually get re-released when they need to) or CS (obvious reasons)?

I know there's a metric TON of ex-holiday foods that're astronomical and could use a good deflation 8|... not to mention old trivia foods, old subAnniversary foods, old plot foods (maybe anyways), old loot foods, ToTing foods from years past... to name a few.

The only one that doesn't seem boosted (much) to me when it's the WSQ is Cinthia's Quests

Let's not forget about Cursed quests; I always dread doing Mori/Nori's quests since both keep asking for absurdly expensive rares and super rares like elixirs and SubQ items, then give crap payouts. Their WSQ's aren't any different.

Food prices aren't the only ones to go up; Alexander keeps asking me for normal rarity books that are upwards of 60k :/ [item=Fun With History: Darkside] To name a few. Profit-wise, I'm always losing sp on both Alex and Quentin since the items asked for are well over the payout. Lately I'm turning down half of Pete's quests since he keeps asking for items 70k+ and giving me 20k and junk in return. At least if Maleria asks for something expensive, I break even with the sp and sometimes get a decent item.

The upside of all the crap payouts though, I'm almost done with the Super Shop achievement ^_^ Hurray for being too lazy to price things.

Maleria and Pete (especially you Mr. Pete) are usually worse for me on the special weekend. Maleria I will sometimes get a good pay out but mostly nah.

If subeta would put in sp sinks that are talked about, and they said things to come. Then there is no reason to nerf things even worse with quests during the week especially. Some quests are getting harder to complete because they are not worth the pay out.
