I am trying to build a stock shop and I'm kind of annoyed by undercutters. You know an item is priced at 3000 and they price is at 1000. That stops people from making a profit. Yes I could buy up all the under cutters items but the item i'm looking at is 3000 sP x 92. That's 276,000 I have to spend. Can subeta please fix this? I don't mind if it's like 20 sp below but it's annoying if it's more
lol, what is Subeta supposed to do, take the person's items away until they price them the way you want them too?
If an item is able to price down that low and stay like that, it's likely not really worth 3k due to the huge numbers available.
It sucks, but I wouldn't be surprised if vending was contributing to the problem
I didn't mean it like that. I meant maybe come up with another solution. I don't know what kind though.
Tough luck, tbh. Either buy them all up or just deal with it, that's all there is to it. But idk why you're so concerned with losing out on 2k, that's literally 1/10 what you can get from playing a <5 minute game
yes but i'm talking if you have thousands of items in your shop. That 2000 adds up. Mine has 2000 items already.
They're not all going to be undercut by 2k though :L I don't know, maybe I just don't take an online game economy seriously enough ¯(ツ)/¯
Why should Subeta do something tho? It's only 2k ...
i understand the feeling. especially when you are autopricing. may i suggest for you to make another shop for items that you care about the profit and price it manually. keep the price as you like. the price will go up somehow in the future. it may take some time but it will. the one you autoprice is just for junks that you couldn't care less about the profit. just to let the things go. unless they somehow come up with autopricer with minimum set price.
2000 sp per item that's in my shop. it adds up that's a lot of sp i'm missing out on. that's what I do I have a stock shop. I just don't know how long it will take. But you have a good idea thank you.
You're not really "missing out on" 2000 sP if your item isn't going to sell either way. If you have an item priced at 5k and other shops have it for 3k, you are not "missing out" out 2k by holding steadfastly at 5k - you're losing the opportunity to sell at all. And in that scenario, it isn't the fault of the other shops who have adjusted to the current going rate of a fluid economy.
Now I understand massively hating it when people suddenly flood a previously pretty stable item with lower prices and what you'd been consistently selling it for drops rapidly. I understand the frustration when people underprice an item just before people do their "OH GOD IT'S ALMOST MIDNIGHT SUBETA TIME" autopricing and there's a seemingly random fall in the price. That stuff legitimately sucks. But it's not the impression I'm getting of your complaint, and in any of these cases, I don't think there's anything that the staff really can, or would, do.
I undercut( if it can even be called that ) by 1sP and have made Billions that way.
Dont understand the stupidity of major undercutting. -_- Others will say its not, but then we will just have to agree to disagree. :) [edit]You got a forum point while making a post! Check out the shop here!
Oooh, lucky thread. :D
That is the way to do it. ;)
If the ascough, I mean "not wise folks* only want to make millions - while We make Billions... I say let them. :)
My Heroine <3<3<3 I just rather be a part of the 1%, then the 99. :P I would think all would, amirite? or maybe Im just greedy. :P [edit]No flipping way... You got a forum point while making a post! Check out the shop here!
LUCKY thread rite here!!!
*note: Could have been luck transferred to it. ;)
I'm significantly more annoyed by people who drop the item by 1sp. :P
2k sP is pocket change to most users on here.
