Really? I'm pretty sure that's been impossible for a few months now. It would be cool if this page was either maintained regularly or just done away with, and clicking on the cash shop tab would take you to either the buy csc page or straight to the items.

I would have thought that more care would go into the cash shop of all places... Just really annoys me to go there and see false advertising - being encouraged to buy a collection that became unavailable ages ago.

So what gives? It is almost April 2015 and I am still being encouraged to buy December 2014? Who is in charge of updating the cash shop main page and why aren't they... doing it?

I wasn't sure if I should say something about this in problems/bugs, make a suggestion or give feedback. I feel like all three right now. I know it's a small error and not a big deal but really? It's the cash shop, and the fact that the main page hasn't been updated since December makes me raise my eyebrows to say the least.

[edit] 5/12 Well guys, we did it. We had to nearly form an angry mob for a few months to get it fixed but there it is, what they should have done to begin with. A fix that took probably 1 minute, has taken more than 4 months. slow clap It's fine how it is now that the time-sensitive information has been removed from it; it can used forevermore with no consequence.

Yeah, have to agree this is misleading. Honestly if it would just say "Purchase your Monthly Collection today!" it'd be better. Then staff wouldn't have to remember to change it every month.

Classic case of Subeta wasting resources on a graphic that is only good for a short period of time... and then dropping the ball with regard to updates.

AFAIK the person that made that graphic for the site is no longer staff (or perhaps they were never staff and were just commissioned by Subeta to do the graphics, in which case, LOFuckingL). Hopefully they had many graphics made and just spaced out changing them.. for the last 3 months

Slight tangent, but the February 2015 Collection is still listed as one of the most popular items, too. That section probably shouldn't include anything that isn't currently available. It probably shouldn't include the gift cards either if you want to use it for advertising purposes.

Well, hopefully when April starts, I'll be encouraged to buy that monthly collection instead of one from last year. |D' Or I still agree with that it should be changed to "Purchase your Monthly Collection today!" so it will never have to be changed again. No more effort. Or blatant lack thereof.

I can sort of understand how this got overlooked in the first place, busy time of year, yada yada.

But staff have clearly been in this forum in the last month, multiple staffers have posted in other threads, some of which are newer than this. :/

Idk what's taking so long. All you need to do is take the graphic and remove those couple of pixels at the bottom and have it say "Welcome to the cash shop!". Easy peasy. No wrong information! Like people really need encouragement to purchase monthly collections in the first place anyway. That's what the news posts announcing the new monthly collections are for.

I'm honestly surprised I never even realized it said that until now & I'm even more surprised there hasn't been a fix for something like this. I know it's just a design flaw - but I would think a new header could be made in the 4-5 months from December to now.

I also agree that the 'most popular' items should not include past monthly collectibles or any items currently not available to purchase in the shop. It would allow more users to see current items that they can buy & may be more willing to purchase.
