For the people that bought new infections on the last day but weren't able to get bit, or only got bit a few times but didn't get infected, will we still get infected? or did we waste our sp?

I'd very much like to know this as well, I'm out 750k.

I'm in the same boat here; spent a good chunk of sP for Brain Rot around 9 PM last night, never got any notification that I was infected. I'd very much like to know what's going on with this.

It is in the news. So I'd assume it should be possible. But in worst case it will progeress next year when biting is back.

We know that; What we're saying is that we were waiting for a notification that we even got the infection, like what normally happens when you sign up for one. We never got a notification saying we were infected. And now the event's over, and none of have our bought infection.

What we're upset about though is that we lost our sP, and we still received no virus. We at least want our lost sP, if that's all that can be done.

That doesn't feel fair in the slightest. So we just lose the sP we spent? And we don't get an infection? And if it's brought back next Survival, we'll have to spend even more to get an infection we should've already received?nNo. We should at least get the sP back, if we're not getting our infections.

No worries, they don't show up in the wardrobe (or show up underneath your base in beta) so if your clothes cover it outside the wardrobe you don't notice c:

Well...I checked both wardrobes...and you're right...even if I take all my avatars stuff off...there's no sign of it...but for a split second when it first loads in beta...I can see it. Well, either way...thanks for letting me know that the virus is there even if it ain't at the visible standpoint yet. :p

I made a ticket about it yesterday, AT LEAST I demand my money back, thats kinda ridic

I bought my infection a few days ago and I just got a notice saying that I've been matched with an infection specialist, so I'm pretty sure you still get your infection if you only just bought it.

I was told by a mod, or someone on the Bugs/Glitches forum that some strains take a few days or so for an infection to kick in. I plan to mark the three days out, and open a new thread there if it still does not show up.

I hope you all get your strains, I don't see why you wouldn't though.

[edit] since a official, remunerated UA couldn't help us, you think you could throw us a light? Can we get our infections or at least give our sP back?

One full 24 hours and nothing yet; they got two more days until I open a new thread in the Bugs forum.

Edit - 2 days have gone and went; almost positive that we're just gonna end up being told "too bad", get none of our sP back, and get no infection.
