After deleting one of my galleries and transferring all items from that gallery to my only shop last year, I noticed that a lot of items that are not in a category show up in other sections of the shop. How can I fix that?

for example my book section should only have books in it but random items are in there. Items such as the perfume, flowers, towel etc are not in a category but appear under every category.
