Hy, Today i have buyed 5k csc with Ultimate. I only buyed so much for he Bonus. But i geht only 6k, also missed 1,2k csc. The Support dont really can help me with this. The Support is fast and polite but, say Ultimate not includet in this Aktion. BUT: The news said: It's time for the bonus CSC weekend! All CSC purchases from the Cash Shop will come with 20% bonus CSC until Monday at 3pm! Along with this increase, you will also be get a bonus item with your purchase. If you use Paypal, you will receive a Fierce Amethyst Boots and if you use Stripe you will receive a High Amethyst Collar!

So i understand: ALL CSC Purchases from the Cash shop come with 20% Bonus csc. And all Purchases with Stripe and Paypal get also a Bonus item.

I will say you i love your Site, more then all other Games i have played in my Life. ( i am 29 and have played a lot of games/Petgames). I Love it because it is personal and responsive to the user.

But now i am really unhappy. I have payed the same price, as other User. And the news dont say in my Eyes, its only for Paypal and Stripe. But i dont get the 1,2k csc bonus. I dont understand, why i dont get the bonus...

I've never heard of Ultimate before, but yeah, this is a blunder on the staff's part and they should update the wording on the post (maybe "Any purchases with either qualifying payment option" or something) and give you the bonus you would have otherwise gotten. It really does sound like any payment option gives you the 20% csc bonus, it's just paypal and stripe give you a item in addition.

Thank you, i think the same. Normal i dont buy so much csc (i am not rich), but i see the bonus. I love this site but i am totaly unhappy at this moment. :( Dont can understand why the news said ALL and then i get no Bonus csc.

That's so bizarre, you definitely should have gotten the extra CSC just not a bonus item

Yeah, they really need to change the wording on the post (and future posts) to avoid confusion, if nothing else. I don't know that I would expect UltimatePay to be included when the news post only mentions Paypal and Stripe but we could still use some clarification.

I don't even know how you are able to even use them anymore. The company was supposed to stop allowing their redemption last year.

She's talking about the UltimatePay option, not Ultimate Game Cards.

I'm not really sure what UltimatePay exactly is but it's different.

To avoid confusion in the future I think it should say "CSC purchases using paypal or stripe will come with 20% bonus CSC" blah blah and then the bit about receiving bonus items. Because reading it like it is, it does certainly say that ALL csc purchases would have 20% increase, but ONLY paypal and stripe would get the extra item added. Now that we know what was really meant, you can see how it's confusing.
