Anyone wondering what UltimatePay is: It's different for every country. I'm living in Germany and got 10 different paying methods when I click on UltimatePay. When I change to the United States as country it gives me 7 methods to pay.

I am a little nonplussed right now. I live in Germany and use PayPal and Ultimate Pay both. Ultimate because relatives and friends sometimes gift me cards and that´s my most loved way to use them, here on Subeta, However, I am in the same boat with Cinderella and I made a ticket about it back then; Quote:

Good morning to you! I have a question about buying CSC. I just bought CSC this morning over PayPal (50 $) and got the right amount of CSC and the additional item like mentioned. Afterwards, I redeemed a Paysafecard from Ultimatepay (25 $) and I got the normal amount of CSC, no 20% extra and no item. I am aware of the aspect that Ultimatepay gives no additional item yet the news say: "In celebration of the new card, all CSC purchases from the Cash Shop will come with 20% bonus CSC until Monday at 3pm!" I am not a native speaker yet for me, this sounds like all CSC purchases get the 20 % and only the additional item is limited to Stripe or PayPal. Do I misread that? So no, I'm afraid that CSC purchases make through Ultimatepay are not included in this promotion. I'm sorry. =/

Thank you for the quick answer. I didn´t see that, it´s very tiny there compared to the CSC purchases below on that page. For clarification, it would have been nice when that would have been stated like this in the news, too. If done so, there wouldn´t been misunderstandings. I am sorry that the way the News post was worded this time caused any confusion, it certainly was not intentional. We did make sure that it was posted and clarified on the Buy CSC page as usual though.

So I don´t get the bonus and no additional item for this purchase (yet no item is generally okay, the news stated this only for PayPal and Stripe - I only mention it because Cinderella got the item now for the confusion). I really love this game and cancelled my activity on almost any other game to have enough time for Subeta. I spend RL money here so far it is possible for me to support the site. Yet now I feel overlooked.

That was a month ago :/ If the UAs were told at the time not to give out the bonus CSC for people using UltimatePay, that's what's going to happen.

Yet the text of the announcement was the same. I would be really sad if this would be handled different because I made no thread about it yet only a ticket. And this is not about upbraiding Sierra or any UA at all, I know they have their guidelines. ^-^ It would only be nice if all players would be treated equal if the reason for the inquiry is the same. So I just hope. :-)

All players are treated equally, but sometimes policies change. It's just that in the past, this was something that maybe didn't get brought up to the higher-ups at all, whereas Keith saw this thread and decided to change the wording of the news post in the future.

In all honesty I don't think anyone should have been given bonuses for UltimatePay since they weren't meant to, but it's not my website.
