We had a few significant problems yesterday, stemming from a change in the way that we log user data. Right now we've got about twelve different methods of logging user information, and it all goes into the database which is a bad choice altogether.
We're upgrading so that our logging data goes into Elastic Search which will make the site much faster and easier to use in a few ways.
So, now the problems that we had yesterday! I pushed this new logging service and the web servers hadn't caught up which explained the white pages earlier in the day. After that, two of the types of logs (taking and giving sP) caused pages to break which broke things like scratch cards, redeeming maps, etc. I've just turned those logs back on (they were turned off overnight) and fixed those bugs. Here's to a faster site!
Example of how the newer logs come across now

Thanks your work is much appreciated!!!!
Thank you~! Now that we know you're working on a new method to ultimately make the site more efficient, it explains a lot of the glitches and things going on as an unintended result.
Tis okay, I know when you implement one thing, you end up breaking 12 other functions in the process. Believe me, I've been following Neopets and their shitfest of programming problems as of late. Subeta's actually moving a lot faster than Neo most days now, so congrats on that at least! xD
