Your favorite one, where you go to get 'em done (or do you do them yourself), what they mean to you, etc.
My first professional piercing (technically my first was having my ears pierced with a gun when I was little which proceeded to close up), was a monroe piercing. I had it for over a year and then took it out to get a vertical philtrum (vertical medusa) piercing. I got my monroe done the day after I graduated from Baptist school. I had no serious body mods back then. Didn't even have pierced ears. Since I graduated last May I now have stretched ears, two tattoos, a lip piercing and a septum piercing.

Tell me about yours! ;)
I have ten piercings currently. Eight of them have been professionally done while the four unprofessional ones were done with a piercing gun when I was younger and didn't know they couldn't be properly sterilized and caused unnecessary trauma. I have my lobes pierced four times, an upper cartilage, paired lip piercings, septum, bridge, and navel.
My bridge is probably my favorite as I had it and my septum done the same day during my first semester of college. It was mostly just a weird sensation of a needle passing through the tissue for both the piercer and me since he pierced it slowly to ensure it would be straight. One year later, my bridge is still quite happy and encourages people to ask questions all the time. It's been a positive experience, plus I get to teach people a little bit about piercing and correct aftercare. So it's a win-win.
Before I was 18, I had no piercings aside from my ears and a helix piercing. My mom does not like piercings (other than ears or bellybutton) or tattoos, so she was furious when I got all of my mods, lol.
All of my piercings and my tattoo have been done professionally. My ears are stretched to an inch, but I also have my left tragus, left rook, left helix, right helix, nose, septum, lip, nipples and bellybutton pierced. The only tattoo I have is on my right foot, which is an octopus. I want many more tattoos, I just need the money for them :P
I have 7 piercings, all professionally done. My ears are stretched to 7/16, my septum, lip and bellybutton are also pierced along with two industrial piercings. Thinking about getting another lip piercing sometime soon :)
I want to use my art as a weapon

all of my tattoos and piercings have been professionally done ^_^ i have my septum, tragus, my lobes pierced three times per ear and both sides of my nose pierced. i used to have both nipples pierced, but had to take them out. i would love a few more piercings, but i cant because i work in a bakery :(
i have 12 tattoos ^_^ i have a cat on my foot, "real horrorshow" written across my ribs, a stag on my right thigh, a plague doctor on my calf, pharaoh's horses near my knee, a blacked out love heart with the devil and a woman having a cocktail within the heart, a panther with a dagger going through its head on my sternum/underboob/tummy, a portrait of edgar allan poe, a rat with a pocketwatch on my other thigh, a portait of a lady holding a lambs head, a lamb dressed as a wolf (this is unfinished tho...gonna get it finished soon), and a scene with snork maiden and moomintroll on the back of my calf!!
i have ideas for more tattoos, but i need the money haha. my boyfriend is a tattooist and has done quite a few of my tattoos ^_^

I have an industrial piercing and 2 tattoos (swallow on my shoulder and dragon on my back), all done professionally. I want a conch and tragus piercing on the ear with the industrial but I'm hesitant to get either because I'm afraid the healing period will prevent me from wearing earplugs. It was a huge pain in the ass to heal my industrial so I'd expect the same difficulty from other cartilage piercings as well. I work in oil&gas so sometimes I have to be in PPE (earplus, steel toed boots, safety glasses).
I - I have nothing but I love them. Like I really love them. I used to have my lobe pierced (when I was an infant), then they closed up and I got them pierced again. I had a severe allergic reaction so I had to take them out. I want to have them pierced again but at this point, I'm just tired of losing money. I wish I had some piercings on me :( I wish I had nipple piercings, but I'm way too chicken shit for that, omg.
I also want tattoos, but hell I'm afraid I'm going to have an allergic reaction like those damn piercings! I want a wolf, an anchor and some arrows ugh.
(Oh my god you're gorgeous! <3 ) I have 6g ears, I had double pierced but took the second holes out because it was a home/self piercing and they were ridiculous so now I just have the 2. I'm planning on getting both sides of the nose, and possibly the septum. And my tongue.
I also have my navel (belly button) pierced, and I have only 1 tattoo.
My tattoo is probably my favourite thing on my body. It's a memorial tat for a family friend whom we were really close to <3 And its pretty cool, the guy who did the tattoo was also the guy who pierced my ears :P
Awe. I feel you. Piercings are expensive. But a lot of piercers do, or SHOULD be piercing with materials suitable for body implants so you shouldn't have an allergic reaction. If you do, I would ask them what kind of metal they used because that really shouldn't happen, love.
He told me he used "surgical metal". Which seems to be true since I took the time to visit the earrings website. But I heard that sometimes, there is a small amount of nickel in them. So I'm probably just not going to go there again, too shady for my liking anyway.
I have only my ears pierced - four in my lobes and one cartilage.
I want to get another set of piercings in my lobes but it'd go up partially into cartilage and the last time I did that did not go well at all - I wound up on antibiotics for an infection no one knew for certain I had, had a severe allergic reaction to the sulfa in it and the little swelled bump didn't go away completely until much later.
I want to get a tattoo sleeve on my left arm of this in white ink; I figure if it's going to hurt like a bitch anyways... I'm going to get what I really want done.

The first piercing I ever got was my ears. I had problems with them 3 different times before they finally worked out after the 4th try. Second piercing was my lobes again (which may or may not be closed up now. I haven't checked in a long time.) Next was my nostril when I was 15 followed by my tongue when I was...maybe 18? Lastly, I got spider bites on the right side of my mouth when I was 18 or 19. Somewhere between 18 and 19 I tried stretching my ears. I wound up at a 2 for a while (I never had any intention of stretching beyond that), but I realized it just wasn't for me and took them out.
I've contemplated getting dermals below my collar bones, but I'm not sure I'll ever go through with it. Anti-eyebrow (it has another name, but I can't remember) is another I considered a while back, but again, probably not something I'd ever go through with.
EDIT: I forgot to answer your other questions. Oops. My favorite one is my nostril because it's simple to change and I can match the studs with my outfits. Ears were done with a gun at Claire's or a piercing stand of some sort. Nostril and tongue were done at the same place. Not exactly a shop tattoo shop, but a store that sold jewelry and various items but also did piercings in the back. Lip was done by a piercer in a professional way but....in a parking lot. BAD IDEA, I know, but it worked out and didn't get infected or anything.
I also have 3 tattoos. 2 are still unfinished and might not be done for quite a while for various reasons that are too long to get into. One is on my right ankle. A skeleanimal kitty. Another is on my left upper arm and is two gerber daisies. They are my mother's favorite flower. =) The last one is the largest and spans across my upper back. It is a star with angel wings which represents my first and middle name (Angel(ica) Starr) The wings will eventually be colored with blues, greens, purples, and pinks. The star is filled in white with purple tiger stripes to represent my love of animals, especially wild cats.

I have 4 piercings, snake bites, tongue and helix. I also had an eyebrow piercing, but it grew out and it didn't look good on me. I'd like to get more, especially on my ears and recently I saw some really beautiful septum rings, I actually don't want to get my nose pierced, but it looked gorgeous😮 Spider bites would be nice, but I don't know if I could go to work with that or I don't know, maybe it would look weird on me xD
Since you already have snake bites and you like the idea of spider bites, you could turn them into shark bites. =)

Yeah, hm no bad idea, I could try it out. I can take out the other two for work and let them close up if it doesn't fit me. I'll think about that, thank you ^-^
No problem =) I hope it works out. Shark bites are pretty cool and I rarely see people with them. Though that isn't saying much since I don't get out much anymore lol.

I have an industrial which is giving me a lot of grief atm. I get these bumps around the top hole that I assume are full of nasty crap because they pop and go down every once in a while. o_o; Dealing with them now with a bit of tea tree oil which seems to help a lot. :) Also have my nose and lip pierced which are fully healed now and I didn't have many problems with them. Besides taking my nose stud out WAY too early and having to go back to my piercer to get it put back in ;-; Yeah I probably mess with my piercings too much lol. No tattoos yet, but planning on some. :)
Yeah, I've never seen it and it looks good, but I don't know if it would work for me. My snake bites are not symmetrical (the piercer wasn't good, but I didn't know that and I didn't want to wait until it heals and get a new one), but I guess I should ask a piercer.
Oooh. That happened to my friend too. I think he ended up getting his redone eventually. A piercer would be your best bet, though. Depending on the placement, they might be able to just pierce new holes without you having to wait for the current ones to close.
