So I love all the anniversary stuff that Major Drills has been giving out, but that event is over... so let's spruce the Major's prize pool up for Morostide!

I know some items have been unretired in the shops, but a lot of expensive things are still unretired, and this might be a way to get a few more out without deflating them too much :)

Ideally, I'd like him to basically have a greater chance of giving out retired/old game prize/vs. Morostide items.

Examples might be those really expensive Candy Rings,

etc.

Or old retired items such as:

(I'm more into wearables but feel free to give other examples please!)

This might be continued with other events such as Fireside and Lumi as well! What do you guys think? :)

I'm all for this. I'm sick of getting restockable junk from Drills. GIVE ME EVENT ITEMS. So yes, yes please. All the corsets.

Yes yes yes this is a great idea. That gives newbies or people who just plain missed past events a chance to get stuff they couldn't without spending an arm and a leg.

I'd still like to see the non-restockables get a greater chance of being given out for Morostide :D and maybe rs-ables above a certain rarity as well.

I do think this should be followed up on. Like, he shouldn't be giving these out until december- he should stop when morostide ends (unlike the anniversary stuff). :)

Hmm. I know I recall Ariel saying that she wanted to get the candy rings out, and there are a few other non-rsables I'd like to see... How would you suggest they be given out? Crystal shop? Or not at all? :P

Fair enough :) I prefer questing to fragging, even with a smaller chance of getting the item I want, (fragging for the autumn folder recently basically killed my soul) but I'd rather see the items released than not at all. CS is as good a second option as any.

I'd rather see them in quests. That's too many items to just be thrown into the crystal shop.

Honestly, I think it would be a great idea. I don't really mind what goes in there, anything that might help me to start doing drills quests.

The candy rings pointed out, namely. But absolutely not things like the rag dolls. The difference is simple, the candy rings were last seen in what, 2006-2007 and they're consumable. That's eight years

The rag dolls started in 2009 and are not consumable.

The rag dolls are still expensive (even moreso now with the achievements) and should be obtainable other than by other users who just happened to hoard them. Drills is a worthless quest now with the change to the items, what three times now?, so what harm would it really do to add better items to his pool?
