Made a lot of changes to the site servers today, including updating to the latest version of all of our server software and tweaking a lot of settings to take advantage of our hardware.

I also pushed a number of cache updates, and made changes to increase our cache hit rate (the % of the time queries are served from cache instead of from the database) which should make the site a lot faster. A lot of these changed were made in the forums, so browsing them should be a lot faster now.

Because a lot of changes were made on the server side, if you run into any issues please report them so that they can be fixed asap! Thanks, and I hope we all have a lag free morostide ❤

This is going to come across probably sarcastic and I sincerely do not mean it to be but the fact that we went over 12 hours without a site crash at all, and that wasn't even a site crash earlier, made me super proud of you all.

I think this is the first time during a majour event that I haven't seen the site crash. Lag is expected but that doesn't matter. The site didn't crash.
