What achievements are you working towards?

Hmmm... My main push was for Hit the Cap!, before they raise it, which I got the other week.. I really need to organize a Gourmand pet, have none of those.. and I'm missing so many of the wardrobe achievements but ugh..

Looking forward to the final tier of the Ruler of the Night achievement at the end of this month.. Have 5 wins currently so should get there this year.. With a capped pet if I don't then I'm in real trouble.. lol..

I didn't even realize there still was an achievement count on our posts. Yeah, it is pretty wrong. AND I see got two new achievements whilst my back was turned and has taken first place again!

Congrats on the capped pet! That is a good one to get. Lots of time and sp invested there. There are a couple challengers that I have not been able to get more than 1 or two wins against even with my capped pet. :( Makes me really sad!

Ooooh, quest achievements. Those are done and done for me so there's nothing I can do to come back from them LOL!

I'm working on so many simultaneously right now its ridiculous! Lets see: Smelting bug smashing lifelike dolls - I haven't made any trades in these yet, I'm going to wait until I'm closer to completion then possibly start trading for specific ones. subeautique posting Pet colours - I've done a few, but now I'm at a point of using elixirs to change species because my darkonite that I've been using so far doesn't have certain colors. But I need to work out the correct chain so in the end he'll end up the colour I want without wasting potions or elixirs. Gardens That forever damned get 10K in Random. You know I'm on the high score list - so obviously play a LOT and yet have never managed that yet. Street team - I could be done with it by now, the max level isn't that high, but I just get so bored with it I'd rather just spend a few minutes a day on it that take hours to complete it all at once. Questing - various. Just got Maleria today. Gourmand - I have tons of food, but for a long time I was slacking off on feeding my gourmand, so I'm not even sure if need to buy food to get it, just stuff my poor pet constantly. Oofa fruit - but I haven't found a bug in eons. Blackheart collections

There are several item ones where I'm missing one thing - poop foods, I'm missing the taffy, cookbooks, mesh undies and the blake steel t-shirts, I'm missing one in each. The weather stickers I'm missing two.

There are more that I'm working on, but I'd have to open the achievement page to remind myself and that takes so long on my computer!

I like to work on several achievements at the same time - like working on Maj Drills quests is great because not only do I need his quests, but I get to work on potion lottery, scratchcards, spectrails (I still someday hope to get that final 700 pt achievement), leviathans and feeding minions. Things like gardening, smelting, lifelike dolls etc I've just added to my daily "to do list" and take only seconds to do. Big ones or boring ones, like bug smashing and street team, I try to devote about 5 minutes to daily.

I spent way more time on bug smashing to get to the 100K, but I just didn't want to devote that much time to the 500K, so I may never get it, but doing a little each day, if I advance far enough I may start to push myself. I actually like the game, I find it relaxing.

Thanks for the lending offer. I'll let you know if I ever need it. I'm a terrible hoarder, so the idea of borrowing stuff doesn't appeal to me because it means I have to give it back, and once something is in my possession its tough for me to let it go! I've done it a few times and its always wrenching for me.

that is how I did with Major Drills (or Donny, as and I named him). I didn't really get into doing his quests until I had finished the ach. for most of the other quests. He just takes more time and attention. He did get me to start feeding minions again but I haven't done anymore since I finished him either, and I need to.

Should have organized to get them back to you today since we were finally both on at the same time and I was not sleepy.. Played around a little with a Morostide HA the other day, know that I want to use Carrion Fins but I did want to last year too and never got it done...

You reminded me of one I'm working on, slowly.. Hoarder!.. Currently Total items in gallery: 28174/60048.. Do have lots in temporary galleries to move across, when I find the time etc.. Have heard rumors that they are wanting to not encourage hoarding and these achievements may be retired..

Yeah the hoarder one is tough, took me a long time. Particularly since I started it while working on the shop till saver. That was a tough combo, trying to acquire items, while trying to sell off more expensive items and having all my sP tied up in my shop!

Yes, there is definite talk of retiring the hoarding achievements. Keith has said that he would look into finding a way for the system to look through all your stuff so you didn't have to stuff everything in one shop. Considering that account worth already does something like that, I think it might be possible. If that happened I might actually be able to get my 40K achievement. But in any case if you really want the 30K, you should probably try to speed it up a little.

I hadn't seen or heard about Keith doing that with the hoarder achievement. That would be great! I took everything out of my wardrobe years ago to get the 15k (Maybe 10?) and once I put them back I swore I was never doing it again.

I didn't know all those ach. were messed up. THat kind of stinks. Hope they get them sorted out soon!

Yeah, I know exactly how you feel. I still haven't fully cleaned up the mess from getting the 30K. That's one of the reasons I quit instead of trying for the 40K.

I really can't remember which thread I was reading, it may have been Everything is broken lets revamp something else, but that's such a huge thread to look through for references. And I haven't heard anything further about it. But yeah, it would be great to be able to count up everything for hoarder without having to mess up everything else on one's account.

it would just make so much more sense! I know and both have to move so much stuff around every time a new wardrobe one comes out. I am sure there are plenty of others like them.

I think I would scream if that many of my achievements were jacked up. I had one that refused to trigger, the slots jackpot for 100k one. They were working on it when I accidentally got it again doing quests for the Major thank God! Who knows how long it would take to get it sorted out.

I laughed out loud just reading that thread title, if I had time I would read it because I'm sure its chalk full of things that irritate the crap outta me on here.

Every time I see a new wardrobe achievement I cringe. I put my massive wardrobe into my gallery going after the 30k achievement then decided to keep going and never put anything back. Its a nightmare to contend with, sometimes it seems like it takes forever and a day to get your gallery to even load. There have been days that it doesn't load at all but thankfully not recently.

I'm still going after the 40k one but it's gonna take quite awhile. I've managed to stick 37,153 items away so far which looks really good on paper but we all know how hard it's gonna be to get the last 3,000 items I need. If they put a stop to the hoarder achievements within the next year I'm sunk.

congrats on the ticket. Those last 3k to get the ach are going to be a real bitch. Just the opposite of other achievements. The more food released, the more cheap food there is. Same with clothing for the wardrobe count. People don't seem to realize that taking longer actually works to their advantage. When I got close to 10k wardrobe, which was as high as it went at the time, I had to borrow a couple items from Debilee and Eric because the last 10 or 12 I needed were unbuyable.

I have no idea what achievements I am currently working towards. :P It's a let's focus on quests one day and then I forget about then. or maybe let's not forget to garden and smelt. I forget. :P Right this second it is the raffle tickets. IF we ever get enough tickets I will probably quit posting so much, but for now it is good. I just keeping plodding along and eventually I get to them. Maybe. :D

I laughed myself silly the first time I read that forum title too. Then read it all, but I found it when it had only maybe a couple of pages. I kept up with it though.

I've also worked on achievements with your method, but after completing the 30K one, I found myself with time on my hands and decided to get better organized.
