I thought I clicked on the wrong link when visiting the preferences page... but no I hit the right one... I honestly don't like this change, it looks cluttered and has way too much going for it than I'd like. I preferred the old way because it was ... just simple? I know things have to change but I'd rather have the old page set up back than this one. [edit] Alright seems to have been fixed a little to avoid clutter, now it looks a bit better but I will need time to adjust sadly. :(

I don't like it either. The stuff that I care about, the things that were on that page before, are now all scrunched up to the side and the friend feed, which I hardly ever look at, stretches a mile down the page, in the center of all places.

[edit] If the page was laid out horizontally instead of vertically, I would probably like it more. If it was like Your stats Feed Suggestions instead of Your Stats Feed Suggestions.

I think, like everything else, it's just a matter of getting adjusted to it. It really does show the exact same thing as before, in the same basic layout - it just includes more stuff to the right.

Personally, I kind of like it. :o

I think the top part looks pretty cool, it's like a new fancy version of the old one. I kind of liked it better when it was like within a border though, for some reason. Without any sort of border it just looks like it's sort of floating on the page. That might just be because I'm not used to it though, haha.

The bottom of the page, with the Friend Feed and the Suggestions, looks really awkward the way it is, however. It would look much better if those two sections were separated, one above the other :)

I would be far happier if we could pick and choose what stays on that page.

The friend feed can be found in other locations, not sure why it needs to be in prefs as well, and I would rather not have the suggestions column there either. Do not want either of those.

All the blank white space also forces me to page down to find the most important info - like how long I have on my GA. Once its settled down, I'll have to track down the CSS and make it bearable.

Well I disabled all friend feed options and that helps. If you X out a suggestion does it go away forever? Or does it come back every day?

I noticed that too. But if you go to the actual suggestion page, http://subeta.net/suggested.php, you can x them out there.

Definitely liking this change. However, it would be nice if the headers had some color to them, along with some buttons to keep sections of the page minimized.

Ah I see it was changed since last time I posted. This looks better, even though I don't want the friend feed or subscriptions there anyway (as I'm interested in neither), but this is a lot more tolerable than when it was all scrunched up.

The page isn't that bad. At least I stopped the freezing when I disabled everything on the friend feed. (I feel like a broken record whenever I have to mention pages freezing on me headdesk) I wouldn't mind the friend feed if I could pick certain friends to show. I guess that would mean I should clean up my friend list. (I believe a few of my friends are there for the Have Friends achievement)

I did totally forget we have suggestions because I don't care about them. lol

I thought it looked bad with everything scrunched up, but now it's been changed it's a lot better. Will take a bit of getting used too as it's clearly different, but I'm not hating this.

What's the Suggestions thing all about though? Looks like some of you are seeing something there, but it's completely blank for me. O.o

I get that making Subeta more social and feed-based was/is an intention, but it's not one that I care for. If I wanted to use the feed I'd have added it to my widgets. That section looks terrible smushed all on the left-hand half of the page like that while the top part takes up the full width of the page. The text is also too small.

Subeta keeps making things look a lot bulkier while attempting to make them sleeker.

I've been interested in the idea of a dashboard page with these sort of widgets for a while, but this doesn't work for me. I just don't think the suggestions and friend feed make any sense on the same page as the player stats. It's not at all cohesive.

I... did like the previous layout, now I also think there's too much padding and white areas :x

But really, my big issue is that I kind of just wanted to go somewhere to turn off the suggestions and feed. I prefer friend feed on a separate page/widget and... well, I frankly find the suggestions feature a tad awkward. Do you really go off and friend a random person just because you have a friend in common? Eh. That sort of stuff is already annoying for me on FB, lol n_n

[edit] Ok, I wouldn't mind the suggestions feed being on the same page as the friend feed - if it was another page, not the dashboard. Like a page just for the social feeds.

I don't have a way to check this, but I've always heard that, when people get their warnings cleared, the number doesn't actually go down. If there's a programmer looking at the page and tweaking the mechanics, maybe that could be checked? And maaaybe that warning number could become a link to a new page where you have a short list with the reason + expiring date of your warning, so we can stop bugging UAs with that? Please? ^_^;

I'm not a fan at all. It looks terrible on my screen and if I wanted to know what my friends were up to I'd check out (Although its broken) the friend feed. If I wanted suggestions, I'd look at my suggestions. These features aren't needed on my dashboard as they have nothing to do with my actual account.

Holy, can I take back what I said earlier about the page not looking that bad? I forgot I play on here with my browser at around half size. :X
