Based on other old super rare items from Subeatique sets I would go for 20-30m.

Well im fairly certain it was the super rare item in its set (back when sets used to only have one super rare item per set). By the looks of it, its not popping out of the chance box from the cash shop and since you own the only one on the market, sure :P
