I think this is a great addition c: It was a bit frustrating only getting an achievement for my first year when I saw that every other year had a loyalty box (not that we need gifts every year but the sentiment is really wonderful.. so not getting something for the first year is.. a bit sad).. the gold account is a great idea because it's definitely something you would consider buying more of ;)

I also got one but I am pretty sure it is a bug because:

I'm glad that they decided to add a reward for first year, and that it's retroactive. However a lot of people are confused and falsely reporting receiving the gold account as a bug, believing they do not deserve it. I think a news post or something should be made to draw attention to the fact that the reward was intentional.

I wish I had seen this before I went and bought a GA medal last night. I can't say I regret it though, since I know I'll be using them at one point or another. I appreciate the site listening to user feedback about giving a little something to users who've stuck around for one year.

I really like this addition! What a nice way to make users who have been here for a year to feel appreciated instead of annoyed they have to wait another year for a loyalty box. And it's great that it's retroactive and we can all get the achievement and medal! :)

I agree, I think it was really nice as well c: I was a little disappointed on my first year anniversary too, with just an achievement, so giving the new users a little something is great.

It's just a retroactive achievement, everyone that has played for a year or longer that goes to their Dashboard gets it

i thought this was a nice gesture. it always seemed strange that subeta's loyalty perks started at 2 years, considering most new users seem to disappear within the first year.
