I submitted an overlay I'd like to use for Skits a couple of days ago, and have yet to hear anything about it. If it's to be accepted or not.

I'm kind of curious as to why it can take so long for one overlay to get reviewed, and yet a completely different one will get accepted 8 hours after submission (Elfric's went relatively quick).

If an overlay is on that cusp of rejection or being acceptable quality, I'd much rather see it get the rejected notice, so I can go fix whatever's wrong with it.

Unless the process of review requires more than 24 hours deliberation? Don't remember if the feature mentions anywhere about how long it may take, depending on each unique case.

It's nothing like that, they don't review overlays in the order they come in from what I know about CWs. If it were going to be rejected, they would reject it almost immediately, they just haven't seen it yet I'm sure.
