This is a rp based on the Underland Chronicles (by Suzanne Collins). For this rp, it doesn't matter if you haven't read the books; I'll be explaining everything. (: Oh, OC's please, no cannons. This rp has been made before, this is a second thread.

Name: Glina Goosebush Age: Uh....17? Gender: Female Race: (Overlander, Underlander, etc...) Underlander Species: (Human, Gnawer, Flier, etc...) Human Appearance: Glina has a petite figure, and her waist-length hair is more blonde than silvery. Her eyes are a faint lilac, and her complexion is pale with freckles. Personality: She tends to speak her mind, is loud, and is sometimes biased; she sometimes thinks her way is always right. You could say that Glina's rebel demeanor and short tempor is kind of an act for people she doesn't know very well. But, truthfully, she has a kind heart and her softness is shown only when she is off-guard or if she's with people she's close to. Other: (history, crush, rank, etc...) Not at the moment.

Her eyes are a darker lavender color, and she has naturally thick, long lashes. She is small and appears weak but is actually pretty strong. Personality: She is kind-hearted and has good intentions, but sometimes can be a little mean. She likes to believe she can handle things on her own and can take care of herself. (Specifically New York; the Underland is beneath New York.) And no, the Overlanders don't know about the Underlanders, only a few. And the gnawers don't really care about the Overlanders (since they aren't threatening to them).

Name: Darren Young Age: 18 Gender: Male Race: Overlander Species: Human Appearance: Darren is a little above average height, with slightly tanned skin, and light (almost invisible) freckles across his nose and cheeks. He has hazel eyes, dark brown hair and a strong jawline. Personality: Darren is kind, and gentle. He's funny, friendly and likeable. He has a short temper, and gets annoyed easily at cocky people. He's modest, but able to stand up for himself. (I know this is a vague personality, but I was planning on having his personality develop as the rp goes along.) Other: Something going on with Ambrosia (not yet lol) :3 ? He's known about the Underland since he was 15. His grandfather had been down there before, and told Darren about it. He regularly visits the Underland, and knows a few people there. He's also learned how to fly and fight.

Name: Paige Masters nickname:Key(her dad gave her the nickname because it seemed that she could get into anything even if it was locked) Age:17 Gender:female Race: (Overlander, Underlander, etc...) Underlander Species: (Human, Gnawer, Flier, etc...)human Appearance:Key She has long slivery white hair (which is more white then silver) and her violet eyes are really dark. She wears a pair of old brown goggles on her head made out of thick spider silk. She is short for her age. 5'0" and really small.

Personality: shes is sorta a daredevil, always looking for some new trouble to get into. She loves causing mischief, and pulling pranks , and is also known around Regalia as the city prankster. She loves flying, and can't seem to keep still, she is always on the move. Despite her small size she is really strong and doesn't like to be pushed around.

Other: (history, crush, rank, etc...) She is friends with Darren.His grandfather was friends with her dad. And they met once when his Grandfather came to visit and visited Lotus and her dad. ( this ok?) She was a only child, and ever sense she could walk she was always getting into trouble. She was loved by both her parents unconditionally. In school she was always getting in trouble for something,but both her parents just accepted that their daughter was mischievous and would just smile, while her dad would tell her to try and not get caught next time. He father was an inventor and was always inventions something. She would sit for hours helping him with his next invention, rather a odd toy made from gears, or a pulley system through each room. When she was eight her parents were killed by a pack of Rats that had gotten lose into the city, She refused to be sent to a orphanage so she hid where she met her flier. She stayed in her parents house and usually keeps to herself. She always keeps a wall up hiding her true feelings and emotions and only lets it down around Tobias.

Large wingspan, but she can only hold two humans at a time. Personality: Panthea is playful, gracious, and caring. She's extremely good natured, though she can get upset pretty easily. She loves flying, and is hoping to bond with a human soon. She is loyal and brave. Other: She's an orphan.

Personality: He can be a little impulsive at times, and doesn't really think before he speaks sometimes. But Terran is also kind and will do anything for his friends. Other: Bond- Ambrosia

She is average height and weight. Personality: Elke is very sweet and kind, but is a push-over. She is not brave, really, she is very very curious though, and sometimes her curiosity gets the best of her. (Bronies: think fluttershy XD ) Other: nopee

Human Appearance: Pale skinned, with scruffy silver blond hair, and a hereditary smattering of freckles across his nose. He stands at 5"10 with muscled arms and legs from tending to the crops. His purple eyes are darker than anyone in his family has ever had, even with the light close to his face, his eyes are a deep purple almost black color. He has the words flight and work tattooed on the back of his neck. Personality: He's hardworking something that was trained up from years of working on the farm with his family. He respects authority and does what he's told, so long as they don't go against his morals. He connected with a flier when he was 17, but the manual labor he has to do daily prevents him from accomplishing too much flying even though that's his favorite thing in the world to do. Demitris plowed the land, it was hard work, but it was the only way his family could feed themselves so he didn't complain, what was hard work to an empty stomach? There was no light in the Underlands, and yet the plants still flourished, to those who had lived in the Underlands their whole lives it was nothing strange, to him, strange was the stories of the Overlanders, how their plants were so dependent on the light, and yet still withered. Perhaps the Overlanders just weren't that good when it came to farming, he had heard tales of droughts that lasted years, and decades. Demitris looked up across the darkened field, faintly he could make out his mother and father working side by side, plowing the land. Turning around, he smiled and waved at his Uncle, who was slowly making his way around the field planting the wheat. where the land had been plowed. Standing idle for a second his thoughts wandered to his flier, Matias, how Demitris yearned to see the giant bat again, to fly and feel the wind through his hair, he felt like a silly school girl dreaming of better things, and yet dreaming of flying was as close as he could get to actually flying, if only there were more people in his family, then he could fly, he could join the elite fliers, protecting the Underlanders from the gnawers. He turned back to his work, the faster he got this done, the likelier it was that he would be able to fly later, a smile played on his face in anticipation of doing the thing he loved above all else.

Matias rested in a corner quietly eating his berries. Some of the younger bats rested by him, though what they spoke of was of little consequence, so he tuned them out, choosing instead to survey the Underlanders, specifically his rider - Demitris. They were tied, one to the other, sworn to protect the other from anything and everything. He stretched his vast wings, though made no move to fly away, content with watching the humans as they went about their business; like a silent sentinel waiting in the wings.
