I had green/blue/turquoise kind of hair this summer. :3 It was a nice change as I've been using only red/brown dyes for a few years. In 2007 I dyed my hair pink, then blue, then green... So, I love colourful hair. :D I'd love to go lime green sometime.

I change colour wayyyyy too much, it's such a bad habit now >.<. I have a drawer full of dyes I've only used half of! So far this year I've had blue, pink, red, attempted light brown (was quite a fail ha), purple with black and now I'm waiting for Halloween to be over so I can refresh the purple but add some pink tips. Currently giving my hair a bit of a rest haha.

I fucking love bright hair though -- the turquoise is a really cute shade too!

Also I really believe people should be more open about their hair color. You can even buy colored clip ins to feel out if you like it :] It is super fun to dye your own hair and very easy.

I tried turquoise hair once. It didn't work out well at all, too much upkeep. I swore by Lagoon Blue in Punky Colors, it was the best dye ever. ___

I've never tried Punky Colors. Try Directions or Special Effects. They are the holy grail of all hair color. People in the UK will have more luck finding it then North American people, however. I get it on Ebay/Amazon. It is awful to maintain. I've learned to just rarely wash my hair. 1-2 times a week, max. Dry Shampoo is like gold :p

Thanks :) I've been growing my hair out for 2 years now, there have been times where I want to just chop it off! I miss having low maintenance hair haha. I use Raw hair dye, you can find it in Hot Topic.

I've never heard of that brand. I'll definitely check it out online. Also the only thing I can't stand are roots. I hate bleaching my roots; hair bleach is intimidating ;-;

Online! There are tons of brands of Turquoise and you can create it with different shades of blues/greens.

... Hmm, too bad I'm job hunting and hair color tends to affect that. x_x; cries

I know that feel. I'm in a kind of artistic/hipstery career so they enjoy piercings/tattoos/odd hair. Corporate jobs are so awful about anything making you an individual :[ Good luck finding a job though!

ugh yes, that's why I had the bottom layer of my hair bleached this time so I don't have to really top it off at all. I'm too lazy/busy/cheap for that haha.

I know what you mean :( I'm a senior in engineering and I had pink in my hair during our annual career fair. I had to put my hair in a braid and make sure that not a single strand of pink showed through. I'm a minor in art history and no one in those classes even blink when I turn up, but all the engineers look at me like I have 6 eyes and belong in a cage.

I'm hoping for two stores near where I live that are relaxed with things like hair dye, among other things. XD

I usually put red streaks in my hair, but I've never had any other color. :) Yours looks great! My sister dyes her hair fun colors all the time. Usually blue, or green, or pink. :D

Job hunting and the looks one receives for having dyed hair is the only reason keeping me from dyeing my hair various shades of teal, orange and turquoise. Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, as long as someone's clean and their hair is clean, why should it matter so much what color it happens to be dyed? x_x; [edit] I've looked at Hot Topic's temporary hair dye but there, I'm worried about it being so cheap. I'd rather spend some money and not risk chemical burns.

The good thing about odd colored hair dye is most is vegan and basically all of it is similar to vegetable/food dye. It has no chemicals in it. Like I said in my video I leave mine in for 2 hours even though the bottle reads that 15minutes is fine. The longer you can leave it in, the better. But no, don't get Manic Panic, pls ;-; It's gloopy, slimy, and fades really quickly into ugly shades.
