SOOOO.. I have this awesome habit of getting way too into the music I'm listening to (re: Pumped Up Kicks radio on Pandora) and, well, in the last two months I've torn TWO of my favorite pairs of jeans.
The problem? I only HAD three pairs of jeans to begin with. Meaning I now only have one pair of jeans that DOESN'T have a giant gaping hole in the thigh XD;
SO I NEED SOME HELP. I went shopping last week and all of the jeans I saw were either ridiculously heinous or $50+. I'm not sure what to do, here lol. Anyone know some good places to get cute/sorta cheapish (30orless) jeans? Because it's DEFINITELY still winter here, even though today was the first day of spring. lol.
Edit: I'm 5'2.5'' and 113ish lbs. So I usually fit nicely into 3's. I wear boots often so skinny jeans are a-ok for the most part. I also like tighter jeans because I love my legs/ass (so shoot me) which is probably why I tear them so often.
I'm also ok with flared jeans because I'm wistfully shaped (little waist, wide hips/shoulders) but I tend to wear those down at the bottom. I'm thinking of maybe getting some boot-legged ones, too, because I've decided randomly to DO WHAT THE FUCK I WANT and wear heels because I like them. So. Basically just shoot lol.
I have two pairs of jeans from Target that were on sale for like $10 I believe, think their jeans are usually around $30 though. Maybe check there? Or go to TJMaxx or Ross or Marshall's and look through their jeans, they have some nice ones for good prices. Might be a little harder to find ones that fit well because they have so many different brands but it's worth looking.
Forever 21 is, like, one of the cheapest places to find clothing. I've shopped there online in the past, and I'm around your size. I don't buy their merchandise any longer 'cause they supposedly rip off of artists, but you still might want to look into it!
I warn you, though. They're cheap for a reason. You definitely get what you pay for, so I wouldn't be looking for jewelry there. Heh.
Yeah, Ross and TJMaxx are really hit and miss for me. I spent all last Friday in town looking for jeans (before this pair tore) and found nothing at both stores. But the ones in the town I live near are always picked dry because they're the closest ones within.. 150 miles of everywhere. So all of the closest little villages travel there to shop :P
:P I'll check into Forever 21. I think there's one closeish to around here. Although I think an old friend-who-I-don't-really-wanna-see works there. XD I'll get over it. -shrugs-
Yeah, I know what you mean. I think I only have one pair of jeans from there but they are very nice :P But most of the time their pants seem to fit weird or they just don't have any normal sized ones that look nice in stock. Hope you can find something though! It's always hard to find good jeans.
Yeah and I'm in that size range where EVERYONE else is as well, so... it's almost impossible to find anything for me :P I've found one or two pairs that don't fit anymore or I've torn (go figure lol) but it's pretty rare.
I usually buy these from F21. If you do get them though, make sure you wash them separately for the first 5ish washes because the colour runs like CRAZY. Their sizing is a bit weird so here's some comparison - I'm 5'5, about 125 pounds, and wear a size 25.
I also own a few pairs from Shasa - they have promotions quite often where if you buy a full price pair (around $30), your second pair is $10. Also check out Charlotte Russe! I just recently bought a pair on sale for only $5 because it was the last one left and it was in my size :D
Edit: I forgot to mention that in regular sizes I also wear a size 3 (or 5 depending, as they all vary)
I bought jeans from Wal-mart recently, after three years of not ever wearing jeans (People thought I was an alien, or something) The two from the G21 line are comfy and were only 17$ each; from the regular George line they're a little baggy (Even though they're smaller sized?) but I just wear a belt with it. I need them baggy to fit over my ass because I became pear-shaped sometime in the past few years.
I've never even heard of Charlotte Russe O_O
omg whaaaat I could live there. It's kind of in between a Forever 21 and H&M in terms of pricing and the stuff is mostly super cute. Of course every store has its WTF moments. I've actually been lusting after this
I'm looking at all of their stuff right now, this is adorable. D: although the back would make wearing a bra impossible.
I saw that the other day! I love simple clothes that have a ~twist like that. True though, and I am so jealous of the girls that can pull off being braless because I sure can't :(
Me either XD; not even in the slightest.
Haha yeah my boobs are rather pointy.. /TMI I don't even care if it's tacky to have bra straps showing, I NEED MY BRA ON.
FFFF I have nipples. And when I say nipples I MEAN nipples. I'm almost jealous of those people that have little nipples. It's like, "Man if you got cold? It'd be like you had a wrinkle in your shirt." I feel like a porn star in the winter sometimes. Even WITH a thicker bra. -facepalm- I think I could probably get pretty tank to go underneath it or something. I don't know. I WANT IT. XD
Tyte jeans I get them from Macys, JC Pennys, etc. They are epically great and twenty dollars. I have mine for about three years until they ripped and that's only because I gained weight/I was doing stupid shit like kicks and flips in them -_-

[/font]Huh. The JC Pennys here only has Arizona's and they're closing those out apparently... I'll see if that's what they're restocking with o-o;
well here's their list of outlet stores and you can see what they look like. I personally like the plain dark skinnies but I like dark wash so I'm biased :)
