I'm torn with the food. It looks great but the cost is really ridiculous. It would make much more sense if the costs weren't so high. 50k+/item? I mean come on...

Where can the Amber Fossil be found? I can't find it. :/ I also think the prices are a bit upscale. I don't like the waiting time either.

- Amber fossil is one of the special items that you can get for bringing a certain thing to the meat truck. Each truck has something like that, you can see them all here.

The wait time is there because the food trucks can only push out so many foods at once! They are quite busy with all of their customers. :o

Agreed! I love all of them! Kind of costly, but eh. Holiday food usually is. My favorites are and ... THE FOOD OF MY PEOPLE! (though I think this is a different kind made with corn and not rice?)

Alegarten Shop Debacle?

I agree that the food is kind of pricy but whatevs :P My pet is almost to 1k foods eaten

The 3 different shops on a rotating schedule, with the higher prices (to compensate for the fact they were always available) and a 5 minute timer.

It sticks in my mind as being the most ridiculously stressful event/shop idea ever. ;___;

Even now, there are still so many items that you can't get until those shops open because so few people could afford to buy extras.

I think the food prices are appropriate. I went to a food truck festival last weekend and the prices were pretty outrageous so it only seems fitting XP

Well, I'm second generation Filipino-American, and I am actually a terrible Filipino. ^^; I was raised very whitebread, my grandmother was all about integrating (she wouldn't even let my mom speak Tagalog when she came back from a trip to the Philippines speaking it fluently). But I do loves me some lumpia and champorado!

I think it’s a fun idea that we can def build upon and fix this Alegarten.

The idea behind making things expensive for Alegarten is because we really wanted you guys to prioritize what you wanted to buy. Collect food? Try to nab all the food first then work on clothing or something. With the food trucks, we are at a festival. I don’t know about you, but every festival I’ve been to / seen / etc always has overpriced foods/clothes/etc.

It’s a easter egg of sorts! Each truck has a certain thing that if you do, you get a free drink. You must’ve visited the veggie truck. ;) If you donate a fruit from the ikumor tree to them, you get a free drink (that you can only get this way).
