I heaven't seen anyone ask for the Pets to be colored Anthro. Or, maybe zapped. It could be released in an event where some pets get experimented on and turn Anthro. However you wish to have it done.

Anthro wouldn't mean changing much of the pets. Just making them stand bipedal like a Werewolf does. I don't know how else to explain it. Though, it would be neat to have Soria as an Anthro as well as my other pets.

No thanks. This is something easily done with an overlay, it's not something I'd want to see in an official color.

Why pay for an overlay when it could be a permanent thing?

I really don't see that becoming a thing ever, and to some degree our pets are already anthropomorphic seeing as they can communicate with us and such. Overlays definitely would be the answer here.

You don't have to pay to have an overlay, you can put a free one on your profile if you want (and you can use CSS to make it display for you, everywhere if you wanted. It just won't show for other users except on the profile).

Don't know much CSS. Decides, coding kind of hates me. It hardly ever works for me. lol As for the other pets that are bipedal. They can stay the way they are as well as the Harvesters. Not sure if I'm explaining this right. But, anthro like Golden Wolf's art or Dark Natasha's.

All pets will eventually be released in all colours, so any new colour must be applicable to all pets. The anthro-pets on site are usually portrayed as fully sentient independent creatures, the non-anthros are typically not, and I'd rather it stayed that way tbqh, it seems like the difference between having a dog in the family and raising a dog-like creature from a highly developed culture and society irrespective of what they might have to say about it. The appeal is going to be so limited because the anthros could only be in one colour, presumably common, and a lot of people on here choose their pets based on how the colour and species fit the character, I have two anthro Irion characters, but I wouldn't be interested in colouring them anthro because chibi and bloodred suit them better. Making all colours available in anthro would probably make the artists cry. Overlays are permanent AND update-able as you like, not restricted by site artists. You can get people to code for you if you're bad at it.

Back on-topic, anthro isn't a colour I think users would want to see. Not to mention, the site is adamant in the "no clothing on pets" guideline. But with the custom overlay feature, you are allowed to submit anthros for your overlays! And once accepted, it replaces the pet you assign it to.

Shalashaska is like... a part of me now tho XD Pft, more naked anthros. The furred have no sense of body modesty! Manco judges you and your clothes! But yah, I think this might be a 'no' for the same reasons as clothing are a 'no', and tbh I'm still mentally stuck on the colour restrictions... The only two reasons why I mentioned anthro. One, saw some people on the Cult forum wanting an anthro role play and some were saying it would be nice to have anthro pets. Like the ones I was talking about. They also talked about overlays. However, it was more of the point that they wished they didn't have to use them. Two, I like anthro animals.
