When the CS sale was announced back on Saturday, I redeemed a $20 UGC or rather, thought I had. In that time, I've waited going into my third day for my 2000 CSC and in that time, I was told rather simply there was nothing that Subeta could do about it.
To that note, I pose a question:
Why is this here then?

If you can't do anything about it, why lead a player onto believe that Subeta can? I was also essentially shut down by the people who host the cards:
I received no reply from either the people who host the UGCs nor a satisfactory one from Subeta. I'm not so much angry as I am disappointed by both parties.
[edit]I should mention that in the time between making this post and this edit, I was informed that the people who host UGCs are having issues and that credits will be distributed once it's settled but the point remains... why is the thing in the ticket center if Subeta can't fix it themselves and why did it take near three days to find this out?

There are other ways of not receiving an item from the cash shop though. Perhaps they already had the CSC and purchased a monthly collection from the cash shop and it didn't show up in their inventory.
Sucks to hear about your situation though.
This looks extremely odd to me o.O I have complained about delays in receiving csc and staff has always checked my purchases and manually credited me once their time limit has passed (24h for Paypal payments, an hour or two for stripe and typically 48h for PBC's bank payments in my place)... so I can tell it works for some/most methods at least.
The UGC redeeming card payment system happens to be one of the extremely few I don't/didn't use and well, if they can't do anything about it in case stuff goes wrong, then that's pretty disappointing indeed :c Doesn't look like I'll ever be using it...

I was pointing out the credits not received part and the fact that it kind of leads one to believe that if credits are not received, Subeta can do something about it.

It's a long shot, but have you tried re-inputting the code a second time? About two weeks ago I was putting in a card and had to type the code four times before it actually gave me the CSC. So there is a /very/ small chance maybe it just didn't go through the first time? (Did you receive your e-mail saying thanks for using the card?)
I tried four times and no. I never received an email pertaining to it, which leaves two options now since there's nothing the admin can apparently do: either it's a bad code or the card wasn't activated right, which there's nothing I can do about now.

Are you using adblocker OR scriptblockers of any kind?
I've usually had good experiences with UGC, since PayPal is the one that gives me issues more often than not. I'm sorry that you lost RL money because of them, though. Whenever I use UGC cards, I get an email confirming my purchase. Do you not have an email like that to prove you used a UGC card and perhaps get your CSC? (If this is a pointless suggestion I'm sorry).

When I do not get my CSC via paypal, this option works fine.

This saddens the Mels. I was hoping there would be some small chance of fixing it yourself you know. Not sure what else to suggest though. Those are my usual problems with the UGCs :C I hope this somehow resolves and you're not out 20 bucks. :C Ughh
From the looks of things, right now, I'm out $20, I have no CSC to my name and I have a bunch of items in my CS cart I can't buy.

Jeez, that's absolutely awful... Can you print screenshots off from your messages with subeta/UGC people? If so, maybe you can bring those, the card, and your receipt back to the store where you got it from and get an exchange? I don't know if that'll work, but might be worth a shot...

That's really strange, I've had trouble with the cards before and both Subeta Staff and UGC Staff helped :( It sucks if they are not helping anymore
I gave up on UGCs last year. They never got back to me on cards I bought and would not work. But I keep getting emails about their deals yet they never emailed me back to respond to my trouble so I was out the $.

I haven't had a problem with UGC before... I usually have problems with paypal. I have used that ticket subject to help with receiving credits I didn't receive when paying with my card through paypal, but I think it's because it might be a little easier to track? I'm not actually sure..... I usually get the CSC within a few minutes when I use UGCs, though.... But I redeemed a card about an hour ago and I haven't received the credits yet. I hope I get them.
