I'm in the same boat as , but it's only been 22 hours since I put in the UGC code. I tried to re-enter the code, but it said the code was used already. When it reaches 24 hours without receiving the credits later tonight, should I try talking to UGC first before making a ticket here, or basically do both at the same time (make a ticket here and contact them)? Sorry to bug you about it, I know you're busy, but I wasn't sure who to ask and you replied here c:

I too have a UGC problem, though somewhat different to the above. I purchased 3500 CSC on Sunday, it all went through smoothly and I had no problem with the code number being entered and accepted. I received an email from PBC stating that "We have communicated your payment to Subeta for the Hetty account. Your payment should now be reflected on their site". I waited a while for the CSC to be credited, but as it didn’t turn up, I filed a ticket and was advised to wait at least 24 hours for it to come through. In the meantime I received another email from PBC saying “We have received your payment for Subeta. It has not yet been accepted by Subeta but we are working with them to quickly correct the problem” . The email included an UltimatePay Order number and an UltimatePay Transaction ID number.
But it is Thursday now and still the CSC hasn’t appeared on my account. The ticket staff member suggested I should post on here to let you know. I do hope it can be resolved before the end of the cash shop sale :)

I'm not sure if Subeta is going to make an announcement about this, or if it's needed at all, but I just saw UGCs are being discontinued, so this topic came to mind.

I'm a bit sad for people who relied on this way to buy their csc (and I sure hope PBC will be keeping their other payment systems for overseas users), but I think I'm somewhat relieved nobody will be out of cash because of a bad card again :/

thanks for the info, I hadn't checked my email lately so didn't know about this. Subeta credited me with my recent points purchase - thanks for that, Subeta :) but I have some leftover points to claim which I'll do in the next day or two, I hope they go through again ok.

A friend of mine saw an announcement on another site she plays, she was majorly upset she'd be losing her only way to buy csc... and then I saw someone else recommending pre-paid Visa cards, which Stripe accepts xD That option probably isn't widely available overseas (where I live it's not), but I think UGCs weren't too, so I guess it's mostly a good thing they'll be done away with if they were that faulty :x

I got an email from them today saying that the UGC cards are going to be retired in a couple of months and that stores will stop carrying them by the end of the year. Has anyone else heard anything about that? If it is legit what will the cash shop do about people who use the UGC cards to purchase shop credits I wonder?

I've never had a problem with UGC cards. I'm very sorry to hear that some are having problems with it. I hope it all gets responded to soon so you don't lose out on the money spent for the cards.

- thanks for the tip about pre-paid Visa cards, I don't know if they are available over here either. As long as my dodgy internet holds fast today I'll be using up the last of my UGC points, don't want it glitching midway.

Yes, that information is legit, UGC will be discontinued by their company :/ People who have cards must redeem them as soon as possible (September 30, 2014 is the final date)!

I'm afraid that, once the cards become unavailable, people who used to buy those will have to look into different ways of getting their csc x: As much as I hope Subeta will do a small announcement about it at some point (to give people time to look into alternatives), it's not really something they can do anything about; we can only expect Subeta to accept UGCs until their expiration date, like usual!

Stripe does accept prepaid Visa cards, as I heard, and I find owning a Paypal account can be very handy at times, so I strongly recommend looking into those ^_^

The UGC cards were the only way I could help out the site when I could find them. If only there was a way we could earn small amounts of csc cash shop credits by doing stuff around the site like special quests, goals, ect :).

Ack, I'm sorry to hear that :c I wish there was some other game card Subeta could accept, but I think there are only these prepaid Visa ones... -has no idea because none of those were ever available where I live- :c
