Blizzardstar~Sleek, short-furred, white she-cat with slightly darker paws. Her eyes are a sharp icy blue. Leader of RainClan.

Moonlite: Very small. Her main body is dark gray, with black jagged lines going across it. She has black paws, and the end of her tail is black, as well. her eyes are a burnt gold, and her ears are pitch black. Rainclan Kit.

Scorchpaw slinked out of the apprentice den. Her snake, Copper, slithered around her neck. Copper was an Arizona king snake and Scorchpaw found him when she was still Scorchkit. They had a bond.

"Blizzardstar, what are we doing, before the rain drenches us again?" the apprentice hissed at the memory. She was a former SparkClan cat.

You do know she will have to be Moonkit?

Blizzardstar greeted her apprentice, while keeping an eye on the rest of the Clan. She was sitting in the middle of the camp, watching as her Clan began to wake up.

"Hello, Scorchpaw. We're going to work on your swimming today, and perhaps I'll show you how to hunt fish." She nodded at the snake coiled around the small cat's neck. "He can come, but he'll have to stay on land. I don't want him scaring the fish away. Come on," she added as she stood and padded to the entrance tunnel. "Let's go."

ooc: Um, can Copper speak in cat language? If he can, then please pretend Blizzardstar was talking to him instead of about him. ^^;

Scorchpaw nodded. She didn't know how wide of a vocabulary he had. If his head was up and tilted, he didn't understand at all. If his head was just up, he partly understood.

"Stay land. No scare fish."

She hissed with a growl at the end -- possibly for 'scare'. Copper slithered over her neck and started to wrap on her hind leg. He knew he was out of reach then.

Blizzardstar nodded to Scorchpaw. "All right," she meowed as she stood. "Let's go."

She padded toward the camp entrance, and to the river that ran close to the edge of the SparkClan border. The sparkling, clear water gurgled happily as swirled lazily along it's path, occasionally intercepted by rocks. RainClan's leader settled down to begin the lesson, making a mental note of the heavy gray clouds in the sky. If it starts raining too hard, we'll have to go back to camp, she decided.

"All right Scorchpaw," she meowed, putting her mind back to the lesson,"I want you to get in the water, and go under. Hold your breath for as long as you can, while I time you. See if you can beat your previous record, but don't push yourself too hard. I can't teach you if your unconscious, now can I?" she purred, eyes sparkling in amusement.
