Seeking Werewolf-y Art. Paying in sP/CSC/USD

What I Am Looking For: I've been debating about this character for quite some time and I have finally decided to bring him to life. Basically, he is a gentleman werewolf. He has all the features of the wolf, from the ears to the tail. However, his nature is very conservative, as well as are his clothes. He is often to be seen wearing a black tux, a black top hat, and carrying a red rose. However, he opts not to wear shoes. His fur color is a brown-ish/red and the tip of his tail is a cream color. The tips of his ears fade into black. His eyes are an emerald green. The position I am looking for is something to exude chivalry or romanticism.
The Payment: I am willing to pay in any form of payment. I prefer to pay when the art is finished, however, I am also willing to pay in stages if you so prefer.
What I Request From You: If interested, please post examples of your work, an estimated amount of time that your art takes, and an estimated price.
Extra Notes: I prefer digital art but in this case, I am willing to consider traditional as well. If you have drawn for me before and are interested in doing this, that is perfectly fine with me. Also, if anything else is needed from me, please let me know. Thanks!
I'm interested, and examples are on my deviantart. I usually ask for about $3-$12 USD, depending on how detailed you want the picture. Just pick out a picture style you'd like and we can negotiate the price. c:

I'd love to draw your character. My examples are HERE. At the moment, I can only do traditional art because I am on vacation and don't have access to photoshop or a tablet. I can try to get the art uploaded as soon as its finished, but that's not a guarantee. If not, I can upload it by mid-July. :( x x x
I charge about 2 mil for a fullbody, but 2.5 mil for a fullbody with a background. My prices are negotiable, so don't be afraid to speak up if you think they're unfair.
