Yeah. We got the evac notice while I was on my math class break, checking order status in the computer lab. Had to sit in the parking lot for an hour with nothing to do :[ At least the threat got cleared up.

A friend's friend made a bomb threat to my HS the year before I enrolled by sending the school an e-mail. And then when I was a freshman, some kid in my grade made a bomb threat by writing it on the whiteboard. Dumbass. There are these things call CAMERAS.

The most they did with us was put us under a minor lockdown (if you don't know, where you're not allowed to take potty breaks during class, only during passing periods). :p

An hour? Lucky. I wonder what the story was behind your particular bomb threat. We had Bomb Threats in Middle School about 3 times, and I went to school on an Air Force Base.

Half the school day was canceled, and just resulted to us sitting out in the desert all day.

At my school we'd have at least two or three bomb threats a year, and they'd usually occur within quick succession. They were never, ever real (it would usually be a stupid threat written in a bathroom stall), but we'd still have to evacuate the whole school, stand outside for a while, go back into the gym and sit around for ages.. and it made me wonder.. would standing a couple hundred feet away from the school in the parking lot really save us if the school blew up? Or what in the hell is sitting in the gym gonna do? :|

My school had a bomb threat AND a stabbing this year :'D.

It wouldn't be as serious, but out school is pretty tiny compared to most. Only 1200 or so students. The bomb threat was by some creepy kid that tried too hard to be cool, so he tried something "Awwwsssimmm." So he got arrested :'D!

The stabbing was some random kid off the streets. Goes up and slashes this girl's throat. ;-; It was a big deal. We got out of that school that day at around 9 am. Kid got like 20 years, and the poor girl has to live with a scar for the rest of her life.

Good question. Have enough bomb threats to the point where the...bomber knows exactly where everyone will be and to let loose the detonation.

It's like during a fire escape; Go a few hundred feet away from the building and look, as opposed to going across the street.

i dont think anyone at my old school was smart enough to make bombs.

When I was a freshman in high school, we had a handful of bomb threats. The first one, they had us go to the football/track field - only to move us about an hour later to this big empty field right next to the school. We were out there all day, and it was hot, and we totally could have been drive-by shot at instead of bombed. XD

My school has never had a bomb threat. :o

The worst thing that happened in the past couple years was that three 8th graders smoked pot and other drugs at a school dance.

one time some dude threatened to bomb the walmart we usually shop at like a minute after we went inside. of course, the place is still intact today...but don't you have more important things to do than blow up a grocery store? i mean, no one would stay to wait for you, and all the money inside would be charred. all you'd get would be a bunch of canned goods ricocheting off the rubble (and probably smacking you upside the head) and goldfish flopping everywhere. :p

in 6th grade we had to go in a lockdown because someone decided to bomb the school. it didn't happen, and we all found out later that the person who had threatened to was this 8th grade boy who was depressed because his girlfriend dumped him. his dad was pissed beyond belief, rofl.

Back in my old middle school we had multiple bomb threats during the winter. I remember one time when a bomb threat was called in during my lunch and we were forced to stand(we were not allowed to sit) in the cold while it was snowing with no jackets. :( It got so bad that we started doing bomb threat drills.

Luckily they caught the bomb threat callers. :D It was a couple of kids from the high school calling from a payphone at Target.

In my old middle school we had drug problems (several smokers in the 7th and 8th grades, some were caught with the stuff in their pockets), a bank down the street got robbed and the dude supposedly came into our school building, a girl got beat up very severely, and a bunch of girls were caught cutting.

Over 10 suspentions in 1 year. I hope those kids are on better paths now.

My Sophomore year the school got a phone call that there were snipers outside of the building waiting to shoot us LOL! They made us stay in the buildings. We just thought it was a bomb threat so we were all like, "why the fuck are we still in the school? shouldn't they evacuate us..."

.. we never once had a bomb threat as far as i know of, however a kid in my old class threatned to kill the substitute-teacher because he wanted to show how big and mighty he was... he was actually holding a knife against her chest and all

Last year, this one boy threatened to stab another boy on the last day of school. I knew both of them. So, the threatener got suspended for the rest of the school year. :D

Oh I think I have a bomb threat story that tops all of yours. The story made national news and the FBI became involved. Sophomore year there was I think 20 threats made in a couple days. Every day we had several threats. For about 2 weeks times. Every day we made bets on who could guess the closest time. It wasn't that hard. Apparently it was just to get out of some project. Kid got some FBI spyware on his butt.

XD There is enough information in this post to actually find out where I go to school. Hopefully none of you want to stalk me.

Nothing like that has ever happened at my school Its too damn boring :/well actually a bunch of people got expelled for having drugs, and a few got suspended for having butter knives....
