It means you're on Team MAnwar, and that you haven't earned any points for your team yet.

You need to restock items from the main shops r45 or higher. c:

You just have to learn, really.

Look at the list on SubetaLodge and pick a slower shop to try and RS out of. c:

You can also visit www.subetahq.com and look up the list of all Subeta items as well as their rarity, type, effect, etc.

You have to earn points for your team. You have to shop in the trading card center and by items that are r45 or higher to get points for your team. The link that posted above is an excellent source, after looking for the list a few times you will know which items are r45 or more :).
