Just a quick update on the rules, especially for the forums. From this point forward, Caps and Punctuation rules are no longer standing around the site.

If you have received a warning in the past for either of these, it is now null. (It'll still show up on your preferences page, but it will not count toward being frozen in the future).

Can we get an excessive caps filter then or something? I'm so not psyched about this. One of my favorite things about subeta is that it tends to encourage literacy and coherent typing... this decision does not.
