Just a quick update on the rules, especially for the forums. From this point forward, Caps and Punctuation rules are no longer standing around the site.

If you have received a warning in the past for either of these, it is now null. (It'll still show up on your preferences page, but it will not count toward being frozen in the future).

Hmm.. Does this mean chat speak is allowed now? I hope not. The lack of chatspeak in our forums is the one thing I really respect about them.

I don't think I am going to like this all that much. Just as long as people don't create forums that are in all caps. But, I'll wait and see.

Wow. This surprised me. I kind of liked the fact that Subeta had those rules - it set a communication standard that you didn't see on the other pet sites. I guess not everyone felt that way. Oh well.

well I think a lot of people did not realize this was a rule. (well past rule now) I sure did not know when I got a warning for it last year. >__> glad that ones null now

Poor Tche xD Count me in for that =/ I really did like that rule! It made the forums neat and easy to surf. I hope the users of Subeta are smarter than abusing their new 'caps-liberty'

Okay. This is silly you guys. You are all afraid of being run over by n00bs. Look around. I'm glad the caps and punctuation is off because I've gotten in trouble for going WHOOSH! once in a forum with my friend. People are obnoxious. And with chat speak, you. That's annoying. People are going to abuse it for the first few days because they CAN do it again. But ten to one, it'll die down. So stop whining people. Jeez. I do not like chat speak though. =_=; It's annoying and hard to read. xD

Don't flame me though for me own opinion please and thanks. :p

I would get those warning all the time and, truthfully, they have kept me from the Forums. Every single time I would post, I got a warning for one thing or another. I used to get warnings all the time about my signature size when it was under 400px or whatever the rule is. I really think that some of the rules on this site are way too strict . . . or people are way too report happy.
